That’s interesting. A lack of disgust can also be prosocial: for example nurses, morticians, paramedics, police etc all do difficult jobs that require seeing and dealing with disgusting things. Those are also all heavily unionised jobs, which through the union movement have strong connections with centre-left and leftwing parties. Correlation? Causation? Dunno.

I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, nor have I researched the stats, however, I have seen a lot of interviews with women who started the transition to becoming male, regretted the loss of female attributes and then detransitioned .out of the hundred or so interviews I have see. Probably 85% of them were ftmtf with around 15% mtftm. I honestly don’t know why those specific cases are higher in the female population. The only reason I could see is purely observational data and not meta data.

Most if the women who detransitioned reached a point in their transition where they realised that they were not actually dysphoric so much as they were unhappy with their bodies , who they were and the societal expectations they were struggling with. Many of these women had gone through mastectomies but still had their reproductive organs. So “passing” once off testosterone was not as difficult.

For males transitioning to female, the process of becoming who they are is such a prolonged and difficult road that (not to mention the obvious physical changes) most of those interviewed, stated that the decision to detransition was a difficult decision to make as, no matter what, they would never be able to fully pass as male again.

Please don’t crucify me for these observations. This is only observations of what others have said. I did not actively seek those interviews, rather they are ones that my wife (who does not support me transitioning) keeps showing to me. I love my wife and to keep the peace, I will watch the videos. My wife is one of those who is firmly of the belief that everyone who transitions will one day regre

I've said it for years, Liev Schreiber abused those children. A bit late to this but the idea is ethnicity vs race. Ethnicity is obviously real and genetic/biological, but the idea of a "white race" is relatively new and built to create an us vs them dynamic among people who were used to hating each other, and to justify slavery. If you go back a few hundred years the idea that Swedes, Frenchmen, Italians and Russians are all ultimately more similar than different because of their skin color, would get you laughed out of ye olde publice house. In fact you don't even have to go that far back, just look at how certain European ethnicities took longer to be counted as "white" than others. It wasn't because they were just spending too much time at the beach.
"Race" could exist as a scientifically valid grouping of related ethnicities but in practice that just isn't how race historically came to be.
