When I was a teen and looked into this the first time, I actually assumed the opposite was true: After I realized with my limited understanding of anatomy and surgical methods that this shit can't be good or remotely pleasurable at the very least, I was baffled at how hushed everything around it was since every high profile tranny swore how super great it looked and worked etc. So I assumed that this whole thing might end if this stuff got more exposure, meaning actual studies and reports about it - which did transpire, eventually.

Just wanna start by saying I'm sorry if this post isn't allowed, I did check the rules and read the wiki/FAQ so I do suspect the answer will be yes, but I had to check for sure

It will unfortunately be a long time until I can get any gender-affirming surgery, but I finally think I've settled on what kind of genitalia I want, especially now I've come to terms with my salmacian identity.

I've decided I would like to have (preferably RFF) phalloplasty (I am AFAB, transmasc), with nerve hook-up, glansplasty, scrotoplasty and an erectile device implant. But I also don't want vaginectomy or burial of my T-dick. I know that it's possible to do both of these options separately and together with phalloplasty, but wondered if it was possible to have neither done AND still have scrotoplasty and an ED implant as well?

As in, have my neophallus, my T-dick, my testicles/ED implant, and my 'front hole'? I have done research on both r/phallo and other places online, but couldn't find this exact set up anywhere. If anyone has got or wants the same then please let me know, and if anyone would be happy to send me results and/or discuss their results with me either here or in DMs then it would be extremely appreciated!

Basically what the title says. I don't hear others talk about this. I've seen something like it once, and it was a character design by an animator online representing themselves. Would this even be a possibility through surgery? Would I need to consult someone who does scarification instead? (Not at all preferred). This was my first Pride post op. For those who haven't read my other posts, I have a penis, scrotom, clitoris, and vagina (in that order).

This pride I wore a thong with fishnets and assless-chaps. However, all the "men's" thongs were more like a jock strap/didn't look the way I envisioned, so I wore a "women's" deep V-cut thong... all day... all night at the hot club.
I'm not sure what that did to my body, but the next day, everything down there felt like rugburn. My penis, my balls, my clit, my labia around my vagina... everything. Hello! We are a system of 30+ headmates. Currently, we are on our journey to get our body to our compromised goal, so everyone can be equally comfortable when fronting (and equally dysphoric lol.)

We are AFAB, possibly intersex/CTF (read the linked post for more information about intersex types, if you are curious!), and are looking for the following procedures:

• A simple-release metoidioplasty (basically, a metoidoplasty without shutting the vagina or getting urethral lengthening) to release our clit/T-dick (we use both clit & T-dick interchangeably when referring to us, so all headmates can feel affirmed.) Preferably one that looks like this, this, or this.
• Genital beading in our labia (if possible), to make it look like it has miniature testes
• Scarification in the shape of top-surgery scars on our breasts (we want to keep the breasts intact, since some of our masculine/androgynous/neutral headmates can use a binder while fronting if they wish, but top surgery scars would give a few headmates gender euphoria)

(This isn't a post asking for advice, btw, just generally introducing us!)

We started using testosterone, but had to stop because the signs of facial hair began, and that is a big no-no in our system agreement. Soon we are going to be discussing (non-alcoholic) DHT cream with our doctor, to apply to our clit/t-dick, to hopefully help it continue to grow so we can eventually have the metoidioplasty. We are pumping to help, too.

Follow on from my last update, a few days after posting I developed a hard lump in the bottom half of the right side (which you can see in second photo). This sent me into a slump for a week because it made sitting upright and walking around quite difficult and painful to do. However, this started clearing up about 5 days later, and after that I was back to decent mobility.

Flew home this Monday! (01/07). My connecting flight got cancelled, and I was stuck in limbo for 36 hours with very little instruction and help from the airline, which the stress and wearing the same layered tight clothes (I was flying into cold from the tropics) caused a rash, the redness is still subsiding in the first photo.

But aside from that, a LOT more swelling went down after I came home, and a few of the external sutures have made their way out. Overall I'm very pleased with how she's healing. I've been loosely following the nurse's cleaning routine mostly because the aftercare instructions you're given for zero-depth are pretty sparse.

The total absence of a labial fourchette (that bit toward the perineum where the labia fuse together a little bit) send me. It looks like two chevrons of flesh pointing downward.

Hi, I'm wondering - what are some common things people have addressed in aesthetic revisions for vaginoplasty? I'm currently planning on: trying to pull my labia down further to surround the canal, reducing the bulginess of the hood, removing the perineal raphe as much as possible, creating a fourchette if possible. What are some other things people usually get done, or that you see should be addressed in my photos? I'm only planning on the one revision so would really like to get as much done now as possible, and I'm not sure if I'm forgetting anything - would love suggestions or advice.
