As a white person all you have to do is go to a super ghetto mostly black area and drive around. this is not the way you want to go about it if you need drugs. this is how you get yourself ripped off or mugged, or followed by police (they usually know where the open drug trade happens and are often watching these areas)
the way you want to go is by knowing a guy who knows a guy. if you are into partying and are friends with other people who party hard, chances are that one of them can hook you up. and we know that nick has been involved with swinger shit for years, those communities overlap a lot. if you hang out with people who are into sex parties and wife sharing and frequent gay bars, you will have absolutely no problem finding someone who can set you up with a drug connect.

Anything pertaining to Kayla's failures that is unaccounted for by her lack of intellect is accounted for by her moral failings. Kayla is stunted, but not so much that she can avoid accountability.

We have plenty of instances where Kayla speaks for herself in some way. In the quoted post above you will find Kayla going beyond Nick's level of comfort re: sexual talk, Kayla flirts with another man on stream, drools over other women and declares her goal of making a woman into a lesbian, talks about how she likes to share her "beauty" with others, and shows Nick pictures of women with large breasts on her phone.

Here is another instance where she demonstrates how she is knowingly involved in degeneracy, enjoying it, and trying to (unsuccessfully) make sure it doesn't get out.

Kayla also sent boudoir shots of herself to the Locals for her birthday, which would be consistent with her relationship with the Locals crowd. The only spin Nick could put on it was how happy he was about Kayla's actions:

Easy, he knows someone who is a mid end drug pusher.
This is literally how it works.
(Hypothetical) Dick's a low end dealer, easily disposable, sells drugs to a small group of people and either sends back part of the profits to mid end drug pusher or just buys the drugs to sell for a higher price.
This is how most drug dealers operate. There's a chain of command where people don't know the "Big guys" directly and so are easy fall guys. And low end guys never speak out because they'd experience far worse than a few years in jail.
Never said he was a big deal, but there's no doubt in my mind he's getting drugs to these people and has literally fucking implied it several times. He even told people "oi shut up" when they start getting into the conversation. Even if it's not selling he's definitely doing something.

And he has a number of inconsistencies.
1) The positive test is a weight ratio. It's not a core sample. It's not specifically a date range like 90 days. It's a length of hair. Whatever that is in time is what it's averaging. CPS doesn't care about "when" or "how much." CPS cares about positive and negative. Kid was exposed to cocaine which justifies CPS involvement.

2) Since it's a ratio, the amount of cocaine necessary to produce a positive result in a child is different than an adult. Same logic is applied to BAC tests. 0.08 is the per se ratio of alcohol to blood volume that is considered impaired. It's not an absolute measure of how much someone has had to drink. It may take a large man 3 beers to get to 0.08. A small child may only need 1/2 a beer. There's no reason to think a child would need hospitalization for a 0.08 test result that wouldn't require hospitalization for an adult. It would be much more interesting to see how high Nick tested and then calculate what fraction of a fraction of Nick's coke the kid would need to ingest for that reading. Would licking his used coke plate be enough? IDK.

3) He recaps that Nick would be "fucked" if his kid was hospitalized and the hospital drug test was positive for cocaine. Are tests bad or good? Why would a hospital test fuck Nick but the CPS test is a false positive?

4) His theory of external contamination by deputy wearing gloves relies on the presence of coke in the house. That's the major felony Nick is charged with. How does that theory exonerate Nick? If anything, it's an independent test confirming the presence of cocaine justifying the felony charge.

5) Barnes. Barnes will have Rekieta fighting "the man" for the entirety of his kids childhood. Regardless of the felony possession criminal case, CPS is not giving the kids back without drug tests and home inspections. It's not like getting the criminal charges dropped changes CPS' position. I think Barnes is spewing nonsense because he knows his idiot theories will never be tested. Kayla at least must be looking at the quickest path to getting her kids back and that means ignoring Barnes (which gives Barnes his "I was right but they didn't want to listen" argument he will be spewing later.
