Okay, a completely out there theory but it could line up with what has been said.

Nick and Kayla are known to be exhibitionists, they go to nude beaches and Gay 90's underwear parties, Nick himself once argued the distinction between exhibitionism and voyeurism on stream as if he had intimate knowledge on the subject and also spoke about how liberating nudism is. Is it possible that they decided to become nudists in the home, which might also be why they didn't care much about doing any Laundry? might also explain why it took so long for Kayla and April to come to the door during the raid.

Gonna address both of these posts at once: Aaron does not know what the alleged bombshell Kino Casino has. He is not the source of the bombshell. What he does know is that there is speculation about what said bombshell is, and he also does know some of the prevailing theories as to what the bombshell is. One thing in particular he mentioned was that if one of the theories was true, he would've asked for an annulment to his marriage to April, and not just a divorce, most likely referring to the theory that April has had sex with one (or more) of Nick's sons.

So no, Aaron doesn't know for sure what it is, but he does know what people are saying it might be, and he agrees that if one of the theories were true, it would be bad (except for the Nick/Kayla divorce, he acknowledges that's basically nothing in comparison to the child testing for cocaine).

My crackpot theory using 13% of my brain is this:
A CPS worker or someone involved with the investigation into Nick has received testimony from one (or more) of Nick's sons that April has had sex with them (or to be more accurate, April raped a minor), and this is what KC has. The person "that would know" according to PPP would probably have to be someone actively involved in said investigation who has access to said testimony.

If this pregnancy rumor happens to also be true, then I think the biggest bombshell that even KC couldn't predict (and therefore isn't the alleged bombshell is dropping this week, but would be even worse) is that not only did April rape a minor, she's also pregnant, and she doesn't know who the father is, only that it's either Nick or one of his sons.

And if that is true, the adults deserve to be guillotined.
