Damning would be Nick or Kayla committing a crime against their children beyond neglect. Testimony that states that Nick intentionally gave his daughter cocaine or the children claiming that their parents abused them physical or sexually.

That would be worse than last week's leaked news.

I really don't think the KK has any inside knowledge of a legal document leak or an insider who's close to Nick with special insight. There is obviously somebody inside of the local government/police force/cps who has access to these documents who's leaking documents to the public. We got unredacted documents the day after the arrest that revealed the pastor's involvement in reporting on Nick. Then the documents last week regarding the drug tests. KK is probably banking on somebody leaking more information in the coming weeks. I'd bet on it.

Assuming the two adults were Kayla and April, it suggests children were completely unaccompanied, because the adults were completely comatose and unreponsive and unable to respond to police banging on the door.

So even if the cops deliberately detained Nick at a distance from the house, for some strategic advantage, and that *may* have been the case, I'm not sure how that excuses the only person in the house responding to the cops being a child. Who refused to let strangers into the house (this is good advice to give to children btw).

The apparently two adults (Kayla and April) didn't do jack, didn't respond in any way. Perhaps they were both in drug comas.

It’s sort of surprising that all of those kids weren’t displaying violent tendencies and behavioral issues, considering not just the unrelenting chaos they were forced to live in but also the nonstop glucose spikes their diets would have caused. That shit is hard enough on adult bodies but especially hard on little, growing ones — and it can lead to children acting out in hostile and often dangerous ways.

The only food the kids had access to was what Nick refers to as “snacks,” i.e. packaged garbage that’s full of sugar. He has specifically mentioned Little Bites (sugary muffins) and the massive amounts of Walmart junk being bought every month. We know a heated up pan of Spaghetti-O’s was considered a gourmet meal and the parents lived on bags of Doritos, ramen and controlled substances.

I’d be very interested to know how their behavior has changed since (presumably) they’re being fed proper meals on a daily basis instead of living on nigger kibble.

If she really is pregnant by Rackets I could see her trying to get some of that trust money. Whether she actually can or not I don't know, but I could see her thinking she can. With how much Nick already seems to hate his own kids and Kayla's self-esteem issues I don't see that ending well, so hopefully I'm just talking out my ass
