Quick tip for you buddy: the way politics works is that if you are running for office, you don't get to make demands of other political parties you are running against.

I'm not going to face dox myself so trust me bro, but I look exactly like my dad. I realized that when I had short hair a few years ago; I looked in the mirror and my dad looked back at me. People who have known me from childhood have said this too, so it's not just me that sees it. I'm tall for a woman, but below average for a man.

I've not only never been misgendered, but I've been correctly gendered from the back, while sitting on a scootypuff (I broke my ankle) with short hair!

I really, really, really doubt this is true. Not if she's 5'2 and slender, with boobs. Maybe online, but only if she was ranting about terfs so people knew it was a sensitive subject.
 
I know a woman irl who looks like her brother in a wig basically. Even she is clearly a woman, she clearly has tits, a feminine voice and has the build of a woman. Unless you’re a super butch lesbian I can’t imagine many women get mistaken for men, even then once they start speaking it’s pretty obvious they’re women.

I'm assuming your profile pic is an accurate representation of you, and it makes your argument work perfectly.

I've been misgendered once, when I used to have long hair, the person immediately corrected herself when she noticed my facial hair. I no longer have long hair, it was a pain in the ass to maintain, and I got accosted by random chavs.

Mistakes happen. Some people look like the opposite sex at first, and sometimes even second glance. This still doesn't invalidate the evidence in the form of thousands of obviously male troons.

This forum taught me that the best way to identify a troon is to look at them from behind. No usual appearance tricks work there.

Slightly off-topic, perhaps, but this reminds me, somewhat nostalgically, of the days of YourFaveIsProblematic on Tumblr, which started out as a means of finding out dirt on celebrities and digging up their questionable behaviour, but, because it was run by bitchy teenage girls, inevitably descended into becoming Regina George's Burn Book with a list of spurious reasons - real, exaggerated or imagined - that popular female celebrities were fugly sluts that you should not trust.

And it was only ever female celebrities, men would do way, way, way worse things, and it wouldn't even warrant a mention. The pages on the likes of Taylor Swift would run on and on and on with all this bullshit, but there'd be no mention of how Josh Brolin used to beat his wife, for example.
