Not only I have opwdd services is why I am in the home I am in. But I have help with my routine board so I don't have emotional issues. The best thing is I have help here. I have no emotional issues. Today I got frustrated because I kept wet through the diaper they have here. Dad will bring me my diapers so I can be lest frustrated. But the routine and structure is so helpful for me. They explain things very well for me to run easily. I am here because the long wait for a group home. It's in my best interest because I run away so I don't they have the doors locked. Guess what my friends shows my developmental disabilities because I am not have emotional issues. My nurses explain things very well for me to understand. They help me with what to expect and when and slow conversation so I can process what is said. It really helps me because of this. I took a picture so I can be independent at copy and paste my routine board so all I need help with is when I go to the doctors. I have have a 1 to 1 because I need supervise and help with my diapers and safety. The best thing is I don't have anxiety. No sensory issues like in a hospital. I can walk and when I go to activities I have someone to help me interact with others and so I don't get lost or upset with sensory issues. The best part is my nurse help me with my board you see. This is awesome my friends. I want to keep doing this because it makes me so happy.

Most people who do work like this are black/hispanic, especially in retirement homes because who would want to clean up piss and shit all day? Let's pray.

In my experience with an elderly parent in such a home, the vast majority of staff are Filipino. But I am sure that in the US it's spicniggers who do the job no one wants to.
 
TYFYS to the cops who routinely deal with this reject, and successfully resist the urge to stuff their sidearms in his mouth every time. They have more patience and discipline than myself.
