Kyle Rittenhouse's Lawyers made mistakes but their primary concern was in treating Kyle like a client. Barnes wanted to treat Kyle like he was a cause to grandstand over (like he does with everything else). There's no need for a constitutional Lawyer when local protections are enough for his defence, in many ways it would have just been distracting. Kyle made the right Choice Clipping out Barnes.

If what Barnes did was trashing the defence team, then the entirety of lawtube at the time needs to be condemned for the same things. They were all legal professionals commenting on an ongoing trial also, with some very negative takes at times, equal to barnes. Him working for Kyle makes little difference when there's about 20 of them doing it on the number 1 stream.
