Back in 2019 Nick moved from his old house into his current house. He made a big deal how he made it so he couldn't be found. (it was hard at the time to find it)

Sometime in 2020 or 2021 Nick mentions how he has a family living in his old house and that they are a charity case and he can't kick them out to sell his old house.

Fast forward to 2024 and Balldo has his kids taken by CPS and has a no contact order against them. (most likely)

I highly suspect Nick's "new studio" is actually in his old house. I heard PayPayPay state this theory as well. I think it is highly likely that Nick and Kayla have both moved into their old house and the previous residents are either forced to give up room or "swapping" houses temporarily. This is a image from Kandiyohi County GIS map showing the plats in Nick's area. It is also how I found him when his trust was not tied to his name even in background checks. The Lord Robert Trust is Nick's Father's house that Nick just happens to live in.

They have a 7.79 parcel property with a house that they don't need to sell to afford several hundred thousand dollars worth of vanity symbols like mustangs and navigators. They never even listed it for rent on any public website.

There is absolutely an order of supervised visits only. The quickest way for family to lose placement is to break visitation rules. CPS will figure out pretty dang quick, if visitation is broken. There are five children with separate therapy appts. One of those kids will end up telling something about mom or dad that indicates visitation rules have been broken. The children probably have no clue what the visitation rules are anyway. They won't realize they are telling things they shouldn't.
