I also believe this can was picked up again, and the person threw the remaining paint up the driveway, and placed it back down. Why? The current layout has a "thrown" paint can that hit the ground, "thrown" up the driveway to the Rustang, stuck to the ground losing all momentum, and then the lid came off and paint exploded up the driveway? Not plausible your honor.
 
It is a 1 quart can of Rustoleum Painter's Touch Ultra Cover Gloss Kona Brown. Note on the can, upper right the advisory, "Paint appears purple when applied and will..." and in the lower left the letters "[GLO]SS" below which is the word "(b)rown" In the lower right, ©2018 Rust-Oleum Corp. It is probably not new paint.

Yes, you use a funnel to fill balloons. It would be the same technique used to fill balloons with water except you use less paint per balloon. In either case, be careful how you throw them. You can also use the funnel as a holder to throw them. It's more of a slinging motion.

The label is quality, the thickness and rounded corners look like it was printed on pre-cut label paper, with the correct size for a one liter can of paint. That's a lot of foresight for such an otherwise lazy and ineffectual crime.

I genuinely think now that my theory of him seeing some bot/rando xeet about his driveway and jumping on this to cobble together this gayop for WHYUS asspats and attention is correct.

The timeline and the evidence in the photos (i.e. the paint still being entirely wet and not drying/skinning over in the first two photos indicating they were taken mere moments after the paint was thrown) perfectly matches him seeing the xeet (given his stock stalkerchild response immidiately after it was posted), creating the signage for the paint can (which in the photos is clearly freshly applied and unstained/uncreased) limply throwing the can at his drive and immidiately taking photos of it, and then waiting over 12 hours to "discover" the crime and reporting it on xitter despite the fact the photos he provided show he is a big fat and gay liar, which is made all the more obvious given the lack of footage of the crime despite the cameras covering the exact fuckin area.

1. It is specifically a *fast drying* paint which makes the fact fat took a photo with it still entirely wet and undried a whole lot more sussybussy
2. It specifies its both an outdoor paint and ideal for wood
3. It dries in a color which.....yeah its the exact fuckin same color as fat's deck and furthermore its a gloss paint which matches his deck in other photos
