On the topic of employment law, someone said Schneider had run-ins with him in that field. I tried looking for this. I may have missed it since, as a practicing lawyer, Schneider has represented people in literally hundreds of cases, but in two cases, Schneider represented the plaintiff (someone suing their employer), and in the third, the defendant (some dude sued by some asshole company unsuccessfully attempting to enforce a bullshit non-compete agreement). He beat the non-compete agreement and neither of the plaintiff cases would have involved Nick representing a corporation (this is just an assumption), so I didn't dig too deep.

It doesn't mean it didn't happen. It could have been entirely administrative and never ended up in court, or it could have been resolved with a settlement out of court before anything was even filed. Or Nick could have just lackadaisically given up and stopped doing anything, which wouldn't be a shocker.

So I can't prove it didn't happen but I didn't find any evidence it had (albeit in a brief search solely for Case Type Employment).

What he should have done is immediately hire an attorney go to rehab for at least the 28 days which will block him from using the internet mostly and work to get his kids back and this will look good for judge pussy liquor you don’t have to admit you went for cocaine even just say booze



Instead it seems he’s doubling down and if he is with lady rackets still it’s almost impossible to quit you both fuel each other to use they need separate rehabs Nick is going to be very hard to change he seems like a Anthony cumia in that he doubles down instead of settling despite it working against him and he thinks he’s smarter than everyone and he’s got it all under control
