Some people will say no to coke but be ok with alcohol. Some people will be ok with coke and alcohol but have a hard no on wife swapping etc.
Different people have different hard stances when it comes to different types of degeneracy. So Nick would always get shit on by some people for some reason... it's just now that it's hard to find anyone who is ok with everything he was doing so everyone is basically united in their condemnation of Nick.

Now I guess even if someone is ok with alcohol they'll probably have "allowable limits", for example a few drinks are ok, coke stream levels not ok. Or even people ok with wife swapping might have a problem with doing it while the kids are in the house etc.

I wouldn't call it "allowable limit" but under different circumstances he'd definitely get a lot less hate.

I'd bet dollars to donuts she's in rehab, it's the obvious move and Nick's parents might even pay for it if her family can't; presumably they'd want *one* of their grandkid's parents sober and if she's in rehab there's no reason to pay the bail.
Since the trust owns the house and presumably Nick couldn't use it for collateral without their signoff, my guess is that they didn't want Nick's bail paid (otherwise they would have bonded him out immediately or sooner) and Nick had to use *his* property as collateral.
I'd also bet money one set of grandparents are living in the main house with the kids; that was what initially happened after the raid and if it was viable I would think CPS would prefer a solution that disrupts the children's lives as little as possible.

I think the reason you're not seeing a high rate of sub loss with Nick is that most of his sub base is not actively following him anymore. They moved on a long time ago and didn't bother to unsubscribe.

The phenomenon of hemorrhaging subs occurs for those who are popular right up to the point they go completely off the rails. Whereas, Nick's content was boring barely watchable crap long before his arrest.
