I found it quite prescient looking back. He shed his skin of trying to appease to people as the family man, the 40k guy, the person who wanted to build an audience by attaching himself to certain things and then burning them away as he became more popular. If you put it in a book people would call you a hack writer for making it too on the nose.
It was the moment everything went down hill. I consider the Vic interview the last of old Nick. Trial Stream Nick was alright but he was running on E through past momentum.

The kids are never going to look at her the same again. Especially not the older ones.
Knowing their Mom is a fucking coke slut who got Balldo'd and cast aside for a gold coke digging whore like April?

Oof.
imagine being one of those kids and hearing that slimy weasel aaron on kino kasino talk about how he rawdogged your mom
suicide fuel

The bail bond form doesn't say that. https://kiwifarms.st/threads/state-...as-rekieta-kayla-rekieta.191978/post-18477393

I'd be prettty sure they have a secured interest in one or more of his properties and could just foreclose on that if needed, so they're probably not really worried about a Dog the Bounty Hunter situation.

It looks to me like April already got herself off the hook since we haven't seen any charges on her.

If she has even half a brain, she’ll sign up with some sketchy kike porn guy, for a “biopic”.

“Sex and coke: Wild at times at YouTube: The Nick Rekieta Story”

For say… 30.000$ and a shitload of coke?

I figure it’ll turn a tidy profit if they release it on ppv and secure sites, while there’s still interest.

April is fucked either way. Anyone googling her name from now until the heat death of the universe will find some degenerate swinging and coke story. So she might as well cash in.

Her kids know she chose being a fucking junky degenerate over them.

That's a fate I don't wish upon anyone.

Consent to the tapes, Balldo. Or are you scared of being called out by evidence caught on tape?

What is the “Duncan incident”? I looked in the thread a bit but can only find some guy named Duncan that people here hate and that Nick debated about Kiwi Farms.
Nick got drunk and debated some wannabe breadtuber. He got very toasted and it came down to if “On the wall” was a threat or implied violence. “On the wall” was phrase Nick used and would make a mildly clever joke of saying “MAPS go on the wall” in order to avoid saying “please face the wall”.

Basically Nick argued that if Keffals did sling HRT to kids they deserved to get lined up and shot. Duncan and others basically used that to get him banned without context. A lot of people here defended Nick, but a lot of us said it was stupid. Nick tried to say he meant on the wall like a police line up, but everyone knew the context.

Duncan is a retard, but Nick got sloshed that stream.

Man how many youtube lawyers are there lol, watching that guys video he listed out a ton of them
People often think of medical school and law school in the same category. They aren't. It's so much harder to get into the worst MD school than most of your better law schools. There's a ton of law schools that produce tons of lawyers and most of them make dogshit.

Yeah, I was trying to figure out why he would pay for an unconditional bond if the bond
company would put the same restrictions on him as a conditional bond. I dunno if Sean is right on this one. Unless it's something like the bond company wouldn't put as many restrictions on him (like maybe they don't care about piss tests).

I believe Sean also said (correctly) that Minnesota is weird. I've never a bond system where you get to choose like this. In a lot of other states the judge decides what your release conditions are after input from both the state and the defendant.

I think you might be right. They might have asked for and received collateral. They'll just take his shit if he absconds.

Some fag that was simping for Keffals. Nick debated him. This was back when Nick was still on good terms with Null on most of the Farms.

His thread is here:

I usually don't give a shit for Nick's streams unless he's being a disaster, but his upcoming one (whenever it may be) I'm gonna have to tune in. I feel a disturbance in the force. It's telling me that the superchats are going to be hilarious and Nick will be driven insane.

Goddamn man, imagine how goddamn HUMILIATING that must have been to a wife and mother of five.
She did everything she could to reach that experience, so it's hard to feel bad for her. If you're down to be a rich NEET so long as you keep having kids, that's already the sort of New-German behavior people throw fits about elsewhere, but if you can't even be assed to not become a junkie and keep a top 1% easy mode life going, I'm not going to say you don't deserve to have the whole town look at you like trailer trash, because you clearly needed the reality check that a wealth isn't virtue. Maybe Kayla and Nick will learn (or at least fake in Nick's case) some humility now that their actions have stripped them of the veil of fortune and their character alone is laid bare before the community.

I've been trying to think who Balldo reminded me of during the Anime Sucks disaster stream.

Balldo The Terrible.jpg
Balldo the Terrible.

They have a second house don’t they, which was recently vacated by the couple who were living there?

I’m guessing that’s his new home while the grandparents take care of the kids at Baldo Towers, get them to their classes and all the rest of it.

Can’t even guess where Kayla would be.
Apologies, can't archive/clip/insert screen record (pls halp!) but at 56:54 Aaron talks about helping April move large home items into the house next door to the Rekieta's.

(Aaron's Day of Reckoning is Today! STMS 05-29-24)

When I first heard this in passing, I thought it sounded conclusive that April had moved into the house next door, but now I've dug it out again I'm not as certain. This is around 56:54. Very early in the stream after talking about paying all her bills for the time being, Aaron stresses that he doesn't know where April's living/doesn't want to know. Not sure where the truth is. Still, a little tidbit.

AFAIK he posted 5k bond through an agent, which have their own conditions, however, they're much less onerous than the state leverages on RPR.

We don't know the terms of the contract he made with the agent he worked with, but Sean covered the fact he didn't post the full 50k, he just paid 5k to a surety. It's possible he still can't leave the state. I guess we'll find out though?
Excuse my retardation - Its unconditional with the court, but couldn't the bondsman have put some restrictions or requirements? Or does that only go as far as allowing them to sick the Hawaiian menace, Dog the Bounty Hunter, on him?
As @Captain Maning said its unconditional. Those restrictions are set by the court not by the bond agency.
He has unconditional which means abide by the law (stay out of trouble) and appear at court dates, thats it.
Nick used Absolute Bail Bond Agency to pay the bond btw.

Considering Aaron is an Anthony Cumia clone, this one seems particularly relevant:

https://youtube.com/watch?v=NEQ1O4xsdOA
Lady Diane had been a fan of the O&A show for decades, she worked for a brewery and became a massive alcoholic. They'd spend years talking to her when she'd call in telling her to get her shit together, they arranged for her to go to AA, they even eventually hired her as a paid intern to find purpose. Nothing worked and she ultimately lost her husband, her son, and her home.

Eventually one day, she calls in from the ICU suffering from a complete psychotic break from the alcohol. She barely still knew who she was, but she thought she was back on a Navy ship from her youth. You can hear Opie and Jim's hearts sink as they realize how lost she is. Hearing her repeatedly exclaim in confusion "I'm on a ship! I'm on a ship!" is brutally tragic. Pretty sure she died soon after that call.

This is exactly the direction Nick is heading with his drinking unless he turns it around. He's going to be sitting in the ICU, doing imaginary livestreams to himself, thinking he's still in his office talking to Drex, asking the doctor when he can see his wife or children, and he'll never be able to turn it back.

He needs rehab yesterday and even then, it's probably too late.
Reading this reminds me of my cousin. 2 weeks ago when I went to check up on him I caught him on the floor screaming about how he was going to die at the hands of coworker who is currently behind bars and has been for over 2 years now. I could see from the front door quite a lot of empty vodka and whiskey bottles,

I called an ambulance only for him to die before he even got there, he was only 29 at the time and he started drinking when he was 23, I will never forget how I saw him die in front of me

Yeah, I don't believe he has to stream. There are other options for him. His parents being one. I would think the smart move would be to wait a little while to see how his criminal and CPS cases advance before poking his head up again.
Don't forget his civil case with Monty.
He's going to have to deal with 3 different sources of stress of a legal nature, and streaming won't help with any of them. If he hasn't settled with Monty he fucking needs to (should've done that years ago but whatever). He needs an actual settlement with him as well, not a "My terms of settling with you is that you admit you're a pedophile because you haven't proved you aren't." Nick's idea of settlement is the biggest example of faggotry I've ever seen from him, and that's including the time he did a hot tub stream with the weirdo that barebacked his wife.

I'm hoping he chooses the funniest option because so far that's been his go-to, but the smartest thing he could do at the bare minimum is wait until his criminal case is dealt with and settle with Monty so he can deal with 2 of the 3 things going on in his life, because (according to Sean) his CPS case still could have a timeline of around a year minimum...meaning around next Memorial Day, he could still be dealing with this shit.

Couldn't've happened to a more deserving person. Being a cunt has a cost, Nick.
