I think it will eventually but even if it doesn't, Trump will still be the nominee and most likely win the election. Joe Biden saying the words 'convicted felon' every 5 seconds doesn't cancel out how much of a disaster his presidency has been.

That being said, at the end of the day Trump is only in this position because of politics. People talk about a shadow government or a cabal when the fact of the matter is that the "shadowy deep state" are actually just the geriatric gentleman's club who are out there in the open. There is no hidden government, only hidden politics.

He's totally going to appeal to a higher court to get a mistrial declared. Whether that court will be rigged against him with another rat judge that tells the progressive jury that they don't have to agree to convict is another matter.
