Isn't that about the time the streaming deal didn't get renewed?

What madness is this?

Isn't that contradicting the earlier point that he has no idea what is happening between the imholte's and the rekieta's?
Joe is a retard. He doesn't even understand basic law with regards to drug possession and being armed.

*sigh*
Okay let's entertain this.
I'd say 10 yo is when you start taking your own showers
8 yo if the kid can handle it really early.

Maybe he's never been in the role of a caretaker? 6 years old!? Like fuck showering! You often have help the little idiots pee, wipe their asses and even wipe boogers out of their noses.
See? this is a slippery slope, you guys start saying that the 16 yo should have kept the siblings fed and happy and now the 6 yo should've been taking showers alone!

I will still warn Good Lawgic about this slippery slope he's pushing, if we entertain that argument soon we'll be saying that babies don't need the rabbi to suck their bloody wiener after they are mutilated, they can suck their own dick yo!, and I know you care about that one a lot!
;)
Don't call kids idiots, faggot!

Just kidding.

Yes kids need help with personal hygiene for a good many years or else they will take shortcuts and not do simple things like wipe to white (new term I just made up for wiping until the TP is not browned), wash their hands, wipe their faces, blow their noses, etc.

Joe is on some copium.

From what little we know about these kids and from how sheltered they actually are. They probably are a little fucking retarded. Who woulda thunk.
To be fair they're spoiled rich trust fund kids, they had a fucking nanny to wash and clean and cook for them, then over the course of 18 months their parents decided to turn into coke head fucking perverts and turn their house into 120 Days of Sodom, they got thrown in at the deep end, the nanny quit, probably after Nick creeped on her, they were in no way prepared for the White Trash Crash Course.
Is it surprising they couldn't pick up the pieces of their lives when Nick shattered it, those kids went from Little Lord Fauntleroy to Trailer Park Boys in 18 months, give them a fucking break.
Can there be a Rekieta Childcare Sperging containment thread now please.
Seconded can we get a thread for "Why didn't [REDACTED] Rekieta step up and take care of his 4 siblings"
This shit is asinine and its getting annoying.

Lmao, in the first 20 minutes of it being up, the bodycam campaign has already raised double of any other live one on the site.

Autists together, strong.

Joe the Jew is on with Chrissie Mayr passively defending Nick.

- He claimed Nick is looking for an attorney.
- He is claiming its a tough case for the state. Because the state may not be able to prove whose drugs they were.
- Nick's entire life can't be destroyed by sending him to prison....because what about the kids. The kids are better in Nicks care.
- Chrissie says that Nick had a drug scale probably to know how much he was doing.
- Chrissie stays on the new script that the worst charges are the charges about the children. Joe explains that the drug charges are more serious.
- Joe is uncertain if the packaging being removed will bring the drug weight under 26 grams. Joe knows the weight of the baggies.
- Joe says the state is putting together a narrative that the family went off the rails about five months ago. Joe has no idea if its true.
- Chrissie starts speculating about how the people who came to the pastor of the church were conspiring against Nick. Joe adds in that things may have started with a moral judgement against Nick's involvement with April & Aaron. That they got irrationally angry about the hot tub stream.
- Joe doesn't understand anything about Nick's relationship with Aaron and April. He doesn't know. He just doesn't know.
- Joe is trying to present himself as the moderate between the extremes. And he really just doesn't know and its unfair that people call him a noseguard because he doesn't know.
- Joe says that Nick may have always looked lethargic and that may have convinced people of things that might not be true. But he doesnt know.
- What Joe says in public is not what Joe is saying in private to Nick. Joe's objective is help Nick get better and he is telling him to not to drunk or do drugs in private.
- She asks Joe if redemption is possible if everything about the kids is true. Joe dodges the question. Joe also says its all subjective and then brings up the Michael Vick dogfighting case as an example of redemption.
- Joe draws the line at physical harm. If the children are not physically harmed, everything can be fixed over time.
- Joe is disappointed that Nick "seems to have allowed drugs into his life".
- Chrissie says that everything about Nick & family are really "private" things to fix.
- Joe says none of Nick's critics care about his children and are using them as a weapon against Nick. That everyone will turn on the children too when they come of age.
- Joe then uses Nick's wife and kids as a shield to defend Nick. We have to help Nick for the kids.
- Joe tries to spin hard that the church was full of people disapproving of his swinging and we don't want to live in a country where the state can pass judgement on things like that.
these 2 are fucking retarded morons 🤦‍♂️

Im not saying the kids weren't neglected, because they clearly were, but it doesnt take a kid till 10 or fucking 12 to bathe themselves unless they are literally retarded, or thier parents have some sick fucking fetish.

Yes, but I don't know where the bathing thing came in, that wasn't one of the allegations about the Rekieta kids. They were complaining about being hungry and wearing dirty clothes.

Also, everyone noticed Nick and Kayla losing weight, nobody seems to have mentioned that about the kids themselves. Hopefully the food thing is only very recent.

He is claiming it’s a tough case for the state. Because the state may not be able to prove whose drugs they were.
Maybe I’m retarded but how is the prosecution going to not be able to prove this. I’m trying to pull a dr strange here and look at all possible futures and I’m not seeing one where this is the case. It was not only in their house, it was in a safe in their bedroom.

So based on the Chrissie Mayr/Joe stream, the following seems to have been added to Nick's defense narrative:

- The Pastor of the church was just a useful idiot manipulated by his gossiping and conspiring church members into making a report of abuse against Nick. He didn't know anything directly himself. He is not a bad person. Just a tool of bad people.
- The Church members didn't know or care anything about drugs. They were just Scandinavian incel prudes angry about Nick & Kayla's relationship with April. New today (to me anyway) is the claim that April was attending church with the family. That made those gossiping incel prudes even more mad.
- The church members who went to the pastor of the church were all talking to each other and conspiring with each other before they got to him.

--------------------
The previous parts of the narrative:

- All the reports of neglect against Nick's children are totally false. Nick's children are fine.
- One "bitch" at the church was responsible for most of the false claims that Nick was mistreating his children.
- All the stuff about the children in the probable cause was just made-up stuff to justify an illegal search at Nick's house.
- The warrant was therefore invalid making the search invalid.
- Therefore all the charges against Nick should be dropped.

Nick's inner circle at this point seems to be: Camelot, TUG, Barnes, Joe and (maybe) Chrissie.

If the body cam footage is obtained I would recommend against branding it with a kiwifarms logo like some have suggested. As funny as that would be, it wouldn't be very classy now that child abuse is involved. Besides, the balldo lickers don't need anyone's help looking ridiculous right now

I'm pretty sure one of the complaints that led to the warrant talked about how all the kids looked malnourished.

You'd think a fancy shmancy lawyer might at least be passingly familiar with the concept of constructive possession: https://law.justia.com/cases/minnesota/supreme-court/1975/44633-1.html

Having in mind the purpose of the constructive-possession doctrine, we believe that in order to prove constructive possession the state should have to show (a) that the police found the substance in a place under defendant's exclusive control to which other people did not normally have access, or (b) that, if police found it in a place to which others had access, there is a strong probability (inferable from other evidence) that defendant was at the time consciously exercising dominion and control over it. See, State v. Wiley, 295 Minn. 411, 205 N.W.2d 667 (1973); State v. LaBarre, 292 Minn. 228, 195 N.W.2d 435 (1972); State v. Resnick, 287 Minn. 168, 177 N.W.2d 418 (1970).
Now admittedly I'm no fancy internet jew lawyer like Good Lawgic, but even so I'm pretty sure I could argue the drugs being found inside a safe, inside his bedroom inside his house is good proof he was "exercising dominion and control over it".

It really shouldn't be hard to understand a 16yr old can only handle so much responsibility for so long. No one's saying they're incompetent to such a mental midget degree but if you're that young having to take care of your younger siblings for who knows how long while watching your parents become pasty ghouls yea it's going to get to them really bad. Has nothing to do with being a big tuff guy. it's easy for childless homunculus like dax and EVS to just wave away that concern. Honestly that kids tougher than all those losers defending his bum of a father.
Nigger have you even seen What’s Eating Gilbert Grape

Even at this very early stage, and even if hypothetically this goes to trial and Nick's side is successful in keeping a bunch of stuff out of the evidentiary record, I don't see a scenario where the prosecution is unable to convince a jury the cocaine was his, even if the 'reasonable' bar is set high on that count.
