Speaking of black people, we haven't heard from Drexel in a while. When was the last time he even showed up on Rekieta's podcast? Creepy grooming story or not Drexel doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would get heavy into drinking and drugs, guy might have cut Nick off a while ago and we just haven't heard about it. Especially if he told Nick that he looked fucked up and should get help, we all know how well coke heads react to people telling them they're coke heads.
If I recall correctly, someone (I believe yellowflash?) claimed to be staging an intervention alongside drex, which was scrapped when he got arrested.

Lead Attorney just said that because he’s black, he frequently does’t get Nick’s jokes. As a result, he stopped going on Nick’s streams.

This might fatally wound Nick, who grew up in the hood and has never met a white person. And here’s a legit, born and bred black man saying he doesn’t understand white bread ass Nick. 😭

I hope Nicky picks Barnes for his lawyer so Barny can make his retarded 2A argument of "IT'S TOTALLY CONSTITUTIONAL TO OWN GUNS WHILE HAVING DRUGS AROUND YOUR KIDS" and the judge decimates his argument by bringing up that it's illegal to own guns while having cocaine on you, on a federal level and in multiple states.

How is this even possible? They spend their entire working life surrounded by firearms
A friend of my Dad's was a long time Police Captain in a major New York Metro area department. 40 years, retired as an Assistant Chief. He despised his gun. Hated his annual qualifications. Outright refused to switch his old 6 shooter to 9mm. I think he could count the times he even drew his gun on 1 hand. He wasn't that uncommon back in the day. Police used to have a broader range of non-lethal options, that mostly involved "just hitting the asshole till he stopped being an asshole" so there was less need for the gun.

Something I want to note having had to live with junkies for a bit, is that you can be a full grown responsible employed adult, but the junkies will always outpace your ability to clean. It's basically impossible to keep up with the filth these kinds of people will produce. I am fully expecting when the body cam comes out to see trash everywhere as well as the clothes piles everywhere. I tend to find that part of Aaron's narrative to be fairly accurate with my own experience. You can not expect kids to be able to clean up after themselves and junkies. It's a fulltime job and even if Nick wasn't a narcissist, that nanny would have quit eventually.

Yeah Detective will gas light him for information, butter him up until they ask him to testify if this goes to trial. Guy has the situational awareness of a gnat. Likes the clout of being the cuck of the sektur.
Legal Mindset must have read my post. . . .
AAron you fucking Cuck, Limp dick, Lying spergy, snack tray carring, Spaz.

Enjoy prison Stalker Child, Detectives arn't you friend, and if this goes to a Cow Trial you will be taking the stand, hope it was worth it.

My working theory is that they're two completely unrelated .22 LR cases that snuck in for some reason or another since those things are ubiquitous, the Rackets never cleaned it up (as officially proven in the new documents) and the popo dutifully collected them by default as they're gun related and the main characters are suspected of gun related charges. It's worth pointing out that the Sig Sauer was marked down as a .223 caliber rifle as the very next item on the very same document.

Yeah I was thinking about vague "22 caliber casing" is. My suspicion is that it's something rolled off from a range trip, or maybe Nick was shooting at something from inside of his house at something outside (pests?). Null mentioned the theory of using them for drugs. But personally I think the cops put that in there to bolster the argument to CPS to remove the kids from their parents' custody. If the case goes to trial we may never even see it get mentioned if forensics don't mention anything about gunshots inside of the house.

If I recall correctly, someone (I believe yellowflash?) claimed to be staging an intervention alongside drex, which was scrapped when he got arrested.
I think I had heard it was Camelot and Drex, but Camelot didn't seem to mention anything like on his stream about Nick.

Drex's silence has been quite interesting. To be honest, it's probably the best thing for him at the moment.

We were correct, Nick was not shown the warrant prior to his arrival on scene several minutes after the door was rammed. It does also sound as though he was fully compliant with physical instructions during this "warrantless" timeframe.
You were certainly correct that they didn't show him the warrant during the traffic stop.

However, I would like to point out that Nick's comment of "That doesn't mean shit," and then demanding the probable cause for the warrant is fucking stupid. That's not how that works. Oddly enough, while they apparently didn't show him the warrant, Nick also apparently didn't ask to see the warrant during the roadside stop either. He asked to see it after they breached. It seems like Nick assumed they had a warrant (which they did), and was more concerned as to how and why they got one.

Anyways, after they convince a judge that enough probable cause exists, and the judge signs off on the warrant, Nick doesn't get to sit there on the roadside and litigate the propriety of the warrant. They have one. They're gonna execute it. They did. It's probably legit.

Did Nick say he NEVER OWNED, or DOESN'T OWN a 22? Sounds like bullshit, does he have any water on his property? Get the dive team on this.
He has a pond. Weepy faggot Joe Lawgic would like everybody to know that Nick taught him how to fish on it, and that Nick really loves his kids. *gag*

According to Lolgal mindset, someone sent stuff to the Sherriff's office that could get Aaron Imholte arrested.

What it is exactly? Who knows.
Oh thank fucking god. Nick is a monster but I really think the skeletons in Aaron's closet would make a Necromancer blush in excitement. That faggot deserves it more than anything else.

So is there some kind of pulldown menu to get the kind of shit Nick wears? Like you pull down the menu and ask them to send you some faggot-ass clothes?
You take quizzes where you pick "this or this" "this or that" until they get a sense of whether you're a flashy or conservative dresser or whether you're looking for shoes, tops, suits, etc. And then once he ends up buying the faggiest item in the box they send, he would be able to buy those in every color with his next shipment. It saves everything you buy to your profile, in case you want to replace or bulk up on anything.
