And if it was, could it affect the trial?

This is one of Dax's most retarded takes. Lots of shit grows out of the ground, and even if coke was completely legal like alcohol, the fact that Balldo and his wife were so fucked up on it that they were humiliating themselves on camera publicly constantly the way they were would be enough to have the kids taken away, in the same way that if the parents are drunk and abusive the kids are taken away as well.
