This is 100% correct.
"Shall not be Infringed" means exactly that.
The Government has no right to restrict God given rights, even to people that should be at the opposite end of the barrel, because once you let them start restricting the rights of people we don't like, eventually they'll find somebody who doesn't like you and thinks you shouldn't have rights either.

This is also 100% right. The "Right to bare arms" although Bear 🐻 arms would be awesome isn't a right to be a fucking asshole and endanger your or anyone elses children.

Its a pretty simple concept.
If you're a drunken coked out mess that leaves firearms laying around where children can hurt themselves, you shouldn't have your gun rights taken away, you should be shot jailed for a very long time.

And even from the evidence the defendants in the case presented, when he gets flirty and gets told "no" he drops it immediately. That's even what those whore twins who were Ron Soye's tenants said in their affidavits.

After having met Vic almost 5 yrs ago. The way he carries himself, being extremely nice and professional. He wont talk shit about balldo, what I do see him doing is going with the "kill them with kindness" route. He'll definitely play coy about Balldos situation, offer up some kind words,a moment of prayer for the Balldo clan and finally urge him to go to rehab. I think that would sting Nick a lot harder than Vic going knives out, itll especially hurt his ego

You've hit on what these LawTubers don't understand. Just because Ricky Rackets could conceivably manage to escape punishment via exploiting technicalities and gaming the legal system doesn't suddenly excuse his behavior.

These lawyers think that all of us out there, like them, are rooting for Ricky Rackets to beat the charges by working the system. But we're all horrified by the revelations of his debauchery and complete disregard for his children's well-being. Most people aren't cheering for Rackets anymore the way they were during Rittenhouse or Depp or when Rackets got tossed off of Twitter. Rackets is being exposed for the monster he is. People want to see him face justice, and/or sober up not to see him weasel his way out of this.
