i dont know much about what is going on only what i am reading
SJC has a falling out with a stream sniper that was apparently meant to mind his dog whilst he went on Ice's scavenger hunt
the sniper decides he wants to come along to the hunt instead which i think ruins SJCs plans so SJC tries to leave him on the side of the road

SJC tries to drive off but the guy keeps getting in front of his car, so SJC accelerates and the guy is now on his hood

shortly after SJC comes to a sudden stop which makes the guy fall off into the road
but then he keeps trying to block SJC, so SJC runs over those yellow dividers on the left and does a U-turn away from him
