It's not entirely out of the question. Minnesota law for neglect says the following can be considered under neglect: A parent, legal guardian, or caretaker.

Caretaker as defined under 609.376 means an individual who has responsibility for the care of a child as a result of a family relationship or who has assumed responsibility for all or a portion of the care of a child.

He himself admits he was being a maid for them - cleaning, cooking sphagetti-o, etc while spending an insane amount of time in their home.

There's also the fact that he was aware that drugs were around his own children for months. Do you think Nick wasn't giving April stuff to take home?
 
I'm getting really fed up with the "Oh my stress levels are so insane!" excuse from Nick's camp. Nigger you're a white upper class trust fund kid living in a big house that cannot be taken away from you while living off a stipend from your family that makes sure you and your kids are clothed and fed even if you decided to do nothing but watch cartoons all day. On top of that you have a law degree as a backup and millions of dollars worth of assets that you bought with your superchats money.

I fully believe Nick has a lot of stress due to his 5 children, midlife crisis, and all the people trying to get his attention due to his streaming fame but for him to use it as an excuse when he has so much going for him is really pathetic.

He will have gone straight back to drinking for sure. The dude has signs of cirrhosis, knocking back 2-3 bottles of hard liquor a day. You don't just stop when you're in that deep without close medical supervision and support. So yes he'd have poured himself a long stiff one as soon as he got out off the clinker. I doubt he's using though, he needs to pass the piss tests. The problem is that being constantly drunk might impair his judgment enough to start up again and it's not like Kayla is going to be the voice of reason. When he starts streaming again I expect him to have a water bottle or coffee cup to hand to take constant sips. This nigger is too deep into his addiction, arrest, imprisonment, public humiliation, none of it has touched him, not even a thought of checking in to rehab, just denial and anger. I think he'll be dead in a year.
 
I'm enjoying PPP go after lawtube. I never really paid attention to the Kino Casino before but it seems like something that I can put on in the background when I'm out of MATI streams.

I got into Kino at the start of the intense spiral these last 2 months because Kino was covering it more and more. Then after listening to more of their shows, I'm a full on sub and now watch for other internet shenannigans.
