The reason why Nick is being relatively quiet is that he knows there is something he doesn’t know. I.E. he realizes there is information the DA has that he has no idea about and is sweating as to what it is. We all know the DA had to get a significant reason and strength of burden of proof to go to a judge to get a warrant on a lawyer. A word from loose lips and a pastor isn’t enough - there is something else they know or other people.

Aaron is talking as if he has done nothing wrong - and how often have we seen charges expanded or latter to be inclusive of others - happens all the time.

Aaron is a fool for talking. I appreciate it greatly, but a fool he is.

His "YT career" (as in, lawtube shit) is over, but he hasn't really done that in a while anyway. His streams have just been an extension of his degen lifestyle. He won't have his previous YT career, but he might still have his few middle aged women on locals who stick around, wishing they could be whisked away to the Rekieta house to join in.

I think that is incorrect, and Sean just said as much on the KC. It's NOT just about drug testing.

If he went unconditional, he can get away with a LOT of shit. Including drinking like he always does.

You also didn't address him leaving the state, which would only apply if he went conditional. That's important because he's probably looking to go to AM for "networking."

This is why I said the smartest option for somebody like him would be the unconditional option. Pay the money or see a bailbondsman.
