I have a theory that Nick only talked to the the cops to tell them April was visiting to protect her so she would not turn states evidence thus protecting Nick.

Read that as, Nick only talked to the cops to protect himself because what April witnessed may have been worse then admitting that he and his wife lived there and slept in the bedroom.

No. A lawyer speaking or acting in capacity as a lawyer would do their job (defend someone), or speak with consideration to defenses, but that doesn't mean a lawyer won't have an opinion. Defense lawyers defend people they fully believe are guilty all the time.

But I asked because you threw out "we don't know both sides.". Anyone, including lawyers, looking at "over 25 g found in home" knows that means it was there, barring someone else having put it there. Even successful challenges to the search, etc., are just that, nothing to do with the underlying facts.

He definitely knows, he just enjoys it because he’s finally making some money. He had a-logs and a mini hate community well before the Nick stuff, they think he’s a scumbag and he knows they do, so he’s not really got much reason to pretend otherwise. I don’t think he’s guilty of all the things Rekeita is, Nick has full custody of his after all, it’s pretty close but he did stop them going there. Nicks kids would still be there today if the cops didn’t bust in. I just can’t fathom how far Nick went. Snapping at his kids when they enter the streaming room with all that going on behind the scenes, genuinely makes me sick.
