Only if he was told to preserve them. Plus deleting messages from most services does not delete them. Law Enforcement can still subpoena them from the carrier. Not sure on some of the weird shady encrypted services?

You can get a prescription for it at least in some states. A distant family member of mine got it for depression which I guess it can help with, at least when administered correctly. As a proud Florida Man, though, he wasn't about to let a little thing like recommended dosage and proper administration get in his way so it went about as well as you might can imagine, by which I mean he chopped up every pill and snorted the entire bottle as soon as he got it

He could maybe get something for child endangerment, but I honestly dont think he'll be charged with anything unless Nick has some other evidence to present to get back at him.

As much as Aaron haters may not like it he's probably going to come out of this legally clean, still have the same custody arrangement with his ex, and be fine in every way except for likely being a lolcow for life in the "dabbleverse" or whatever little internet niche community he was a part of before meeting Rekieta.

It's frustrating when so much of what he says is either self-serving embellishment or bullshit, but he's both sinking himself and increasing the chances that all these degenerates snake on each other. That's how we'll get the most complete picture of what actually happened. The Farms always win in the end.
