So what I'm getting from this is that a polycule is an utterly retarded idea.
>"those two are extremely co-dependent"
This nigger explains in a few words the exact reason why I voted "Nah" on the first day of the Divorce poll.
They deserve each other, and are made for reach other, for better AND for worse.
Co-dependence is the armchair diagnosis I wanted to say, but was hesitant to say out loud due to lack of knowledge.

If what Randazza said about his friend is true (can't see why it wouldn't be) than he'll know well enough that if an addict is refusing to get help your only option is to get the fuck away from them.
It certainly appears to be truthful- after posting Randazza's tweets yesterday, I looked up Rushie- he was an attorney and law blogger who passed away ''at home'', without further details. His obituary contains a Tribute tree, where it seems like Randazza paid for 10 trees to be planted in his friend's honor two weeks after he passed away. From his blog, I also found a post (A) where he mentions drinking ''''wine almost every night, usually a few glasses.'' and mentioned drinking later at night being a ''trick'' to limit your intake, hinting that this was a reduction from his previous habit.
I don't usually have a lot of faith in the presence of a conscience in Marc Randazza, but I 100% believe him on this account. It did seem heartfelt, mirrors the experience people have had with addicts, and the evidence I found matches up with what he's said.
