Finally got around to Jim's stream, I had a feeling he'd say Nick isn't a bad person, he just has made bad choices. I genuinely am baffled how you can come to that conclusion about a drunkard who spends his time wishing death on anyone who slights him or suggests he has a problem. When do bad choices become too frequent to be anything but a pattern and an indication of who you really are?

I listened to Jim feel bad about Nick ruining his shit again and he was pretty god damn merciful. Wants the guy to get better, to fix things and for him to find what was left of that Nick Rekieta everyone liked. I just can't do it and I don't think anyone should.

Even now he's throwing little tantrums in comments and refuses to acknowledge that he's done anything wrong. It's all the mean old police and internet bullies making things up, reality is a story he can't tell anyone but we should all just believe him. I've hardcore alogged Ralph for years but at least Ralph is openly a piece of shit and even when the nigger lies he's still himself when he does it. Rekieta is different, Rekieta is someone we all thought was a good guy who decided to ruin the lives if five kids and is still lying about it despite evidence to the contrary. It's the most vile display I have seen since the whole zoosadism arc.

Yeah I just got done listening myself and feel the same. You'd think Jim has seen enough downfalls on the internet to recognize the simple fact that Nick misrepresented himself in the beginning and the fame and booze brought out the truth of who he is. Sorry but I definitely am not gonna sit and cope about how Nick can turn this all around. Nick gleefully wishes death on Jim and many others and it truly shows what a sick spiteful person he is at heart. No empathy in that skeletal husk.

Things would likely be different if that pattern was present without the drink and the drugs.

But everyone can notice a clear difference and an obvious cause.

If Rackets had been like this for the past few years without the substance and drink issues Jim’s view would be different.

But Jim’s always been very understanding of anyone when they destruct due to these kind of problems. He’s probably seen a fair bit of it personally.

The Balldo and related degeneracy were long before the drinking escalated. It's a very simple conclusion that he chose the bottle because he couldn't bear the 'boring' trad life. His fixation with American Beauty makes it so ridiculously clear that he saw the life he had prior to the drinking and debauched sex as unsatisfactory. It doesn't take a genius to put these pieces together.
 
Just listened to Jim's stream, and when nick was blaming him for causing the lawsuit with Montegraph Jim played a clip of the original conversation. They were talking about how Monte failed in his previous defamation lawsuit, and Nick talked about why he screwed up doing pro se. Monte fucked up the jurisdiction and got the case thrown out because of it. You see, Monte tried to file the lawsuit in his home state, Colorado at the time, instead of the home state of the guy calling him a pedophile. According to Nick, the correct move would have been to sue in the defamer's home state. I know lawyers, practicing or otherwise, have a reputation for being liars, but this junkie is so shameless. He knows that the previous lawsuit did not fail because Monte could not prove he was not a pedophile. He knows the whole basis of his appeal was bullshit.
