Whoever wrote this is wrong. Ketamine is not a schedule 1 controlled substance (meaning no known medical use) it's schedule 3 and used fairly widely in medicine in both humans and animal,

Ketamine is approved in many states for treatment of depression. Most people with depression should try it tbh. Everyone I know who's done the treatment plan with it has outright called it life-changing.

Send me the rainbows but there is the possibility of a massive redemption arc here. If I were Nick, here is what I would do to try and salvage my future:
  1. Make arrangements for my parents to take my kids for 60-90 days.
  2. Go to a reputable in-patient rehab facility.
  3. The only stream until rehab is complete would be on the way to the facility. Apologize, promise to try your best to get sober and come back to Lawsplaining when sober.
  4. Complete rehab (the hardest part).
  5. Once back home, jump right into an interesting trial that is starting and live stream the whole thing. In the down time tell amusing anecdotes about getting sober.
  6. Stop night streaming and stream instead during the day, or in the evening.
  7. Settle with Montagraph
  8. Profit ... enough to help pay for the incoming legal bills and Montograph's settlement.
He could come out of this. At this point I would say he has a good 30% chance of getting through this with his family in tact, but he has to come to Jesus first.

The only thing I'd disagree with here is the streaming. That shit is done. Streaming online was the source of his madness. He needs to pack that in altogether and find a career that is consistent with him getting and maintaining some basic fucking humility.

I'm giddy about this because of the kids, actually, especially knowing that they're with relatives and not foster care. It sucks that they have to go through this, but it's clearly better a situation than being in that awful environment. Hell, even before anything blew up Aaron was saying how his own kids didn't like being at "that house". Now that they're safely out of the picture, I can laugh at this group of retards free of any guilt or concern.
The not wanting to go over to the Rekieta's is one of the details of Aaron's story that tends to be rather amorphous. When he first mentioned it it came with a disturbing incident he wouldn't talk about. He made it sound like it happened while he was still going over and they just wouldn't bring the kids anymore. In another stream he explained the last time he went over there when April dipped on him was the day his kid said that but he made not mention of anything other than everyone hanging out, the kids opening late Easter baskets, and April leaving.

Another was the hot tub stream. IIRC when first questioned about Kayla not seeming to like him he just brushed it off, but then suddenly it was some joke they were playing on chat and they're actually soulmates in another stream. He's also shifted tone when telling a story at different times even if the story itself doesn't really change. Sometimes things aren't a big deal, other times they're a problem. Aaron is certainly bullshitting to some degree.

Thoughts on the mystery brown substance?
In my head it being poo is the funniest. It's "mystery substance" because of all the drugs and alcohol in their systems that it throws off whatever means of detection they use. The house according to reports is filthy, and these are sex and drug degenerates so...

He was outside. They popped him with one of the kids driving up the block. Another kid would not open the door for the cops and Nick refused to give then the door code. Even after being served a search warrant. So boom. Yet another trauma inflicted on the kids.
I don't think that we know for a fact whether or not Nick refused the door code before or after seeing the search warrant.

The affidavit is not clear on this point.

My read (and I think common sense suggests) that Nick only saw the search warrant after they drove him back to the house from the traffic stop.

Especially if the cops expected Nick to be at home.

The cop that pulled him over might not have had a copy of the warrant. It might have been at the house.

Also that explains why Nick would throw the warrant on the ground after seeing it for the first time, at his house, with the door busted in.

It also explains the refusal of the door code. (He hadn't yet seen the warrant when refusing to give the code at the traffic stop)

There is an alternative story, which is that Nick refused to give the code after seeing a copy of the warrant at the traffic stop. Then when he gets back to the house, he is given another second copy of the warrant, and throws that copy on the ground.

Which makes more sense?

@Null tell us when Nick gets in contact with you complaining about us "airing his laundry" and asks to remove shit, I'm sure the world would love to see that conversation.

Rly makes u think

Everyone is arguing about whether or not Nick knew about the warrant before he got home, whether he knew that if they were refused entry the cops would simply batter down the door, etc. Let's not forget that there were two other adults who definitely were in the house at the time, one of them the mother, and they still had a child be the one to confront the police through the door. Whether or not Nick knew the cops had a warrant, Kayla sure as shit did (or should have). Where was she? Zonked out of her gourd in bed is my guess.
I think he knew something was coming, but not when it was coming. My guess is he got kicked out of the church and the pastor told him he was going to report his dumb ass.

I'll double down on that. Look at that picture of her and tell me she isn't totally into that shit too. Probably harasses Nick to get more drugs, of course he's more than happy to comply.
Yeah.
Trust me, women are often just as much a piece of shit as the man and they looooooove pills bro.
Just because you have a pussy doesn't mean you aren't just as responsible for your own actions.
In fact, giving someone like that a pass because she's a mother is the very worst thing to do. Do you really want an obviously fucked up pillhead addict looking after the kids because she's a woman and therefore it's ok? Fuck you, I know how that ends and it's not good.

Can someone explain the paraphernalia in nicks bedroom and safe?
A coke grinder? And a pan that tested positive for coke? Snort tubes and metal cutters?
I'm confused what you're confused about. This isn't complicated at all.
Uncut coke bought in bulk is hard and needs to be crushed to use. To snort it, you crush it up from block form, place a small amount on a hard, flat surface, chop and crush it more finely, divide it into a smaller dose with a razor or credit card, put a tube in your nose and snort it up.
Fairly straightforward except that it's not powdery and fluffy like in movies when it's wholesale.

Edit: People are interpreting 'pan' to mean a cooking vessel, like a saute pan. I was thinking a flat tea tray or something. Probably silver and once polished, but now tarnished from neglect. I think that's Nick's style.

No, but thank you for bringing this up again. It was fun to revisit the archive of her old youtube playlist from March of last year. Aside from horribly outdated pop music and videos about increasing desire in long term relationships, there's clipped videos of her husband being a retard that she thought important enough to hold onto.
