Fuckin mugshots man. He looks like absolute trailer trash.

You can bet he's getting his license suspended. Guns? Drugs? What an utter fuckup.

Obviously the wellness call was made by the Sonichu ghost demon that latched on to Nick. Now that he has been disposed of the medallion will seek a new host. If it arrives at your doorstep, immediately call Irate Gamer for a cleansing, godspeed.

What's interesting to me is the difference in booking times. April and Nick were booked into custody at 10:03 and 10:08 respectively. Kayla was over an hour later at 11:30. Why such a big difference?

Perhaps a traffic stop gone wrong with April and Nick (the Mustang being involved, no doubt), followed by a welfare check to the house finding Kayla zonked out as the kids tend to themselves? I don't know, but the time difference doesn't make a ton of sense for a single event raid event.
I'm completely ignorant on how this shit works. Would taking two different cop cars explain it? Assisting officer takes the two dangerous felons in, since the car only fits two. April sits in the investigating officer's car while he finishes ripping the seats out of the mustang? By the time they get back, booking has a long queue?

Absolutely pointless speculation I know. And pulled completely from my ass. I just find the idea of the DEA tossing your house off an angry ex's anonymous tip a little distressing.

I wouldn't be surprised if no one called it in and then and it was a domestic situation that got out of hand. Look at the shiner on Nicks eye.
This is in my mind most likely.
The fact that it could be anyone is the kicker.
It could be Randazza.
It could be Aaron.
It could be Montegraph.
It could be Vic fuckin Mignogna
It could be Eric July
It could be Uncivil Law
It could be any one of the above's fans or associates as well.
Nick has pissed off so many people, and is so decrepit that if he stretched his arms out while standing in a warehouse full of his enemies he'd hit 3 people.
It could be some random fucker from anywhere, and all they'd have to do is call the police hotline, not even the emergency number, and say "hey i was watching a stream and this guy was doing coke or meth in a house with children and his other family members. oh yeah all of this is taking place in his walk in gun safe, and i have clips of all of it because its streamed live on multiple websites. I didn't even make the clips, like this is a known thing. You guys should check it out."

And how difficult would it be to argue it was unethical for someone to do so? Is it actually unethical for some a-log to call the cops on Nick?
I wouldn't do it, but I can't even say that its the wrong move, or undeserved.
Honestly living a degenerate life and messing with illegal shit without any discretion eventually will lead to shit like this without anybody interfering with it. It is most likely thing that happened. Maybe someone from the house called cops, maybe Aaron did, maybe anyone or noone. However way it went down, it is his own life catching up.

I wanted to say Nick didn't show his face on Locals because he had a black eye even last night. Now looking at the mugshot I'm thinking it he got black eye last night it should go darker by now. It looks pretty damn fresh on the mugshot.

This thread is moving too fast to read, but has anyone speculated that maybe they were just in a car together, each had some sort of drug on them and there was a gun in the glove box or something? That sounds more likely than some domestic swatting (and April doesn't have the gun charge).

And yeah, if they don't get into court tomorrow they will be sitting until Tuesday at least. Lol
Most likely, but this still confirms all the theories about his drug use and disproves that he has cats living in his ceiling.

As much as I have been laughing at Nick's insanity the past few months, I do really feel for his kids. I had no idea the wife was so involved in his bullshit. I had thought she had left him long ago. Especially when Am Hole's ex wife came into the picture. That family is destroyed.

Doesn't Kayla's family live in the area? I'm pretty sure they're going to end up with one of the grandparents.
If you look at the booking times Kayla is about an hour and a half after Nick and April.
It's possible the police stayed with her at the house (or wherever they got arrested) and gave her some time to make arrangements for the kids before hauling her off.

I've loved watching Nick go from wholesome family man lawyer to drug addicted degenerate. Will he turn everything around? or will we get the homeless crackhead saga? only time will tell.

My guess is coke for Nick, and xannies for the wife and wife²
He's really out here with the modern day Chinese opium concubines lmao

It's 100% Aaron. He has been getting fired up all week. The arrest happens right before a holiday weekend which quite frankly sounds spitefully planned. He was actively trying to get people away from Nick. He's getting text updates from his friend in CPS - who realistically shouldn't be saying anything at all to him about the kids. Now he's deflecting.

EDIT: Not at close of business. Records show noon. I'm too dumb to read.
Why even lie about it though? That's what bugs me. He did the right thing by calling the cops. You'd think Minnesotans would be too nice to be 'snitches get stiches' types but I guess not.
