It was just a really unfunny bit, especially since he did not show or describe the pic in any way. The only reason we know what was sent is because this same superchatter has sent the same shit to other streamers, including Null. The superchatter was in MATI's chat today and showed Null the exact pic. Also, he was speaking to camera directly before and after the clip, so it's clear that he knew the camera was on the entire time.

I don't think the rekieta's is a high socialite family name that would ruin their reputation, all of the patriarchs like his grandparents, his dad & uncle are long retired and the only rekieta's that generated wealth. Not like it's a whole 3rd or 4th generation of rekietas like Nick where Nick's sister & brother are making 6/7 figures. It seemed anything post nick is old/trust money.

Even without all that concrete context, it was still 100% obvious that he was joking and doing the dsp bit. the fanfic farms spoil the kino sometimes when people just make shit up or speculate that every single little mark on his body is track marks or some shit.

Bringing this forward, I just remembered where he mentioned the bloodwork. Here's the clip, right at the beginning:

The clip was from the 16th, so he went to the doctor that day or in the days before. Assuming it was the adhesive from the blood draw bandage, it appears he hadn't had a shower for ~4 days or so.

Good on you, be careful though since alcohol is so intertwined with society. You may lighten up and think it's acceptable, if you do have an addictive personality just don't. For example, next time you go out to eat count the amount of alcohol advertisements and even servers trying to peddle it. Alcohol is as destructive as heroin. I'm also convinced it's genetic. If you have close family who's struggled with alcoholism steer fucking clear. Trust me, I've lived it. Rekeita needs help just like Ralph.

Now I know he's not the most reliable source, but he sounds legitimately upset here. So is he implying that Kayla is gone, or that she was never someone to tell Nick the hard truths he needs to hear?
