My sister's co-workers got her a rabbit for her birthday because a couple of weeks ago they were watching rabbit videos and she said they're cute and she loves them. Who does that? They live 8 to 12 years.

My friend thinks that new movie "The Fall Guy" is a sequel to Drive. She's really insistent on it because Ryan Goslin is a "stuntman" in both films. She'd be equally confused if she saw Kurt Russell in it, instead of Ryan Gosling. I have another pet peeve. Well, two: 1.) People continually getting your and you're wrong; and 2.) Could care less - as opposed, of course, to COULDN'T.

Oh my God, I HATE when they do that. All the places they show me, WAY outside my income bracket. AND I work full time. So, between looking for apartments and jobs, it's becoming a job itself.
 
I came in from walking the dog and someone starts furiously pounding on the door. I go downstairs and it's the lady from next door screaming at me about dog poop. Then the lady across the street comes over yelling the same thing. You see, she pays property taxes and that's somehow relevant to whatever the fuck these people are on about. I tell them that the dog only peed and I took him right in.

They won't let me talk at all and I just have to stand there and take it. Apparently I'm a problem neighbor because I'm not social enough and the next door lady is tired of putting herself out there to be nice to me. She never says a word to me. Literally what? "I know you hate it here but I love my block ect... ect...". What? I never said anything like that. My family has lived in this neighborhood for over 70 years. Sure I'd rather go back to the nicer area I lived in for 15 years. But it's not like I ever told her that. Where's she getting this from. And the lady across the street was screaming at me with her granddaughter in tow. Who acts like that with a child next to them? You can't buy class with a house deed. Guess she didn't get the memo.

They say they are taking a picture and reporting me so I get a fine. You know, without showing me what I did or giving me any chance to clean. Not that I saw anything until they pointed it out to me. Plus it wasn't my dog. There were some pieces of paper on the grass by the curb that I thought blew in the wind or were wrappers of some kind because the kid downstairs was outside and he always leaves a mess. There's dog poop under the paper. How did they see this when I didn't? They see they see me not cleaning up all the time. This is not true. There are so many dogs around here. I've seen people walk their dogs and not clean up after them all the time. It's not me.

I think I talked them out of reporting me as the lady next door apologised for acting the way she did. But they think they have the right to berate people like that with zero proof. I don't care if you pay property taxes lady. This is the ghetto not a home owner's association. Two blocks away you've got fentanyl zombies and open air drug dealers and people sleeping on the sidewalk. stop acting so high and mighty.

I was upset all day because they were so nasty to me for no reason. I have enough to deal with and i have a right to keep to myself if that's how I'm comfortable. I'm a loner by nature. Don't ostracize me for that. It doesn't magically make anyone into an extrovert.
 
People who dump on country life. Yeah it takes me 30 minutes to get to the nearest gas station, but I've got 40 fucking acres of my own while you faggots live in a pseudo bug hive. But somehow I'm the loser because I don't live within spitting distance of my closest neighbor and can't have pizza delivered to my door? Lol. Lmao even.

How there was a cheap furniture store around a mile from my house, all while I was getting equal quality or shittier furniture from way further (trick here is that it is, supposedly, used, but they take preorders, so I imagine it is stolen goverment supply...these are office-style furnishings), with bigger price.

It's for safe yet bored people (mainly white women) who need some sort of thrill where they can imagine something awful happening to someone just like them or someone they know even if it's super unlikely. With the odd exception it really is the most basic bitch shit.

Getting murdered in a scheme set up by your accountant husband for the life insurance payout? Pretty crazy, but I guess it feels closer to home on some level than catching a stray bullet by D'quantravious during a drive by if you don't even live anywhere near the hood.

That's another thing I noticed. When white people murder somebody, it's elaborate. When black people kill somebody, it's over some dumb shit or impulse. I guess they like drama from those shows. They're overdramatized anyway.
