That ship has long sailed. Even if we got back the old Nick, the game has changed. Nick's growth and popularity was because he found a blue ocean market on YouTube for long form legal coverage and lolsuit coverage. Today, that ocean is now red with a ton of YouTube lawyers who are more informed, specialized, and entertaining than Nick (Ironically, most of them got their start because of collabing with Nick). So his former audience have moved on to better content creators and are never coming back.

No. The old audience is gone and its not coming back. What he would have to do is start over and build a new audience. That is going to be difficult because of all the lawtalk competition today and because he has alienated most of his potential guests or collaborators. If, for example, he goes back to covering trials, he would be covering them alone.

There is also a question of how much, even after rehab, he can get of his mind & body back. I'm not sure that there a road back to being an articulate and well-spoken Nick.

I think after rehab he could get back to being somewhat entertaining. If he discovers a work ethic in rehab. But the best he can hope for is the level of redemption that Warski has accomplished.

Most everyone likes a good redemption arc, and I do think that Nick could still pull up and recover an audience, but he will never get back his old audience.
He can never be trusted by those who used to hold him in esteem. Or at least, for myself, he would have to be very transparent about his addiction and recovery.

If the only issue was poor quality content due to alcohol abuse, sure. Or the swinger shit, most of them probably don't care about that. But he's shown a side of himself that a lot of people will never want to associate with now that it's out there. Like that dear John video was genuinely psychotic and creepy to any normal person and it can't be blamed on the booze, most people don't act like that when they drink. The alcohol just happened to bring out thoughts and beliefs that were always there underneath. Lawtube isn't the sektur, I don't think a lot of people will ever want to associate with that on a professional or personal level.

Doubtful. A lot of the cows I can think of who actually managed to pull up are still defined by the dumb shit they did during their cow era (Tim Buckley and loss.jpg being a good example). Nick's never going to escape the balldo. Once you put on the balldo, the balldo does not come off.
