The thing they try to use with Pooners as an example totally misses the point.

It's the "he broke the womens record in the process" thing that is one of the worst things about letting Troons in women's sports.
These selfish cheating fucking men are breaking "womens" records, and its often by such a huge margin that unless this is corrected and they retroactively go back and disqualify all men's time from counting, these records they are breaking are often going to be beyond reach again by actual women.
This cunt is a prime example. He just stole 1st place, which has a knockdown effect on knocking an actual woman out of 3rd place, but he also ruined the womens 400m record in the process, and with a time that would have been dead last if he'd been racing against other men.
Which means unless this is fixed, that "new record" is forever going to be out of reach of a female runner.
It's a fucking joke and it needs fixing, but when it is its going to have to be retroactive, to take all these stolen records into account.

This one is my favorite. Most of the things he's listed have arguably already happened. Crossdressing used to be illegal (maybe not in the UK specifically, but in other parts of the world), infertility is part of the HRT package (not even gonna mention surgeries), and you could make a case that TV shows poking fun at trannies are as good as anti-trans ads. As for the epidemic... well, if the shoe fits.

I don't know UK laws, I'm not sure about estrogen but if they're selling testosterone to Pooners its almost definitely illegal, probably under the same laws that ban steroids amd PEDs.
I know Tren is illegal in the UK so I'd be surprised if testosterone was unregulated.
It was only a matter of time before these sick fucks got hit with trafficking charges.

Now I'm not personally saying what those pdfs state could be used for any future total retard wars but they're pretty informative on what is deemed illegal and could possibly be used for help if Liz frog Jones decides to have girl talks ever again.
Hopefully Liz stays in his fucking lane and leaves us alone & any other troon

You’re right, there was no specific criminal offence. There was a long history of cross-dressing performers such as pantomime dames, eg. Dan Leno, or female performers in boy roles such as Vesta Tilley, so a blanket ban would not work. Instead, it was regulated as a breach of the peace, or offence against public morals and common decency. These deliberately vague offences allow for great discretion in enforcement, and resultant injustice. They were/are however minor offences. The usual punishment is a fine or to bound over for a period of time, which means you have to pay a fine if you do something illegal again.

Gender non-conforming women/lesbians of higher social station such as Anne Lister, the Ladies of Llangollen or Radclyffe Hall were basically left alone.

Men in dresses had a greater chance of arrest, depending upon the situation. They were also liable to more serious charges. The classic example is the very famous Boulton and Park case in 1870. They came from affluent families and were gay. They cross-dressed as performers, which was OK. They also however did so off-stage, and in public. This was much more risky. When they were arrested, however, they were charged with very serious offences which would lead to imprisonment: committing buggery and conspiracy to commit it. They turned up to court in drag, but were acquitted of the serious charges because the evidence was all over the place. This included risible medical evidence that they had large penises and scrotums, and those were proof of sodomy. They got bound over for the public decency offence, and went on their merry way.

Let us not forget while we might be aware of the troon menace it could be a bubble and not everyone is aware of DIY hrt sites, guides on how to inject & how to buy crypto without parents knowledge which is what bobposting & keffals actually did with the diyhrt wiki

The thing that really annoys me about myopic takes on history like this is it omits the fact there used to be all sorts of dumb shit laws on the books because of 'morals and decency' that seem ludicrously oppressive by modern standards; it wasn't some unique crusade against gay people. Lenny Bruce and George Carlin both got arrested repeatedly for using curse words in their act, something that seems absolutely laughable today (unless you're teaching your pug to do tricks), but it was the law back then because people were a lot more stuck up generally, not just in regards to dudes in dresses.

It's the same with how people constantly harp on about H.P. Lovecraft being a horrible racist, as if everyone else living at the turn of the 20th century was super-progressive and absolutely loved other races.
