But man, it really sucks. Much better to see people detransitioning or waking up before illness gets them.
Autoimmune diseases caused naturally exist but it is rare.
I tend to see it is more likely for troons to die from AIDS or something caused by taking HRT than to die naturally. Maybe it is possible, but I find it more possible that HRT played some role at least.
 
FYI- AIDS isn't an autoimmune disorder. With an autoimmune disorder your immune system is so overactive that it doesn't differentiate between foreign pathogens and healthy cells and ends up attacking healthy organs/systems. Basically your own immune system is so strong and overactive that it kills you, the opposite of AIDS.
 
I just have to wonder if he had this "nonparneoplastic limbic autoimmune encephalitis" before he started trooning out. His brain was literally faulty and slowly necked itself, so if he had it beforehand, I assume the HRT sped up the process.

Haven't been following through but the way I understand it is he was petty enough to spend the last months of his life fighting people on twitter. Is this correct?
