We could be here all day if we want to discuss whether German equipment was really better than anything the Allies had, but you're essentially correct. The Germans thought that proper logistical planning was for pussies and they overengineered the shit out of everything they built, so when stuff inevitably started breaking 500 miles into Russia, it took forever to get replacement parts. They also refused to stop tinkering with their designs, so they wound up with like 9 iterations on the Panzer IV and built them by hand, while the Soviets just went "da, tank is good enough" and churned out tens of thousands of T-34s as fast as possible while keeping the overall design simple and cheap.
If Patrick knew the stock he'd see that it's not doing well. Five days really doesn't mean much. Not even a month ago it was at $66. Now it's down to $35. Sure you could jump and dump it this week when it's bound to drop below $30 again and go back to the $50s or even $60s near election time. It's not a stock worth investing in.
