my doubts about the dog having ever been a support dog came from the fact that this is JY; JY is a troon, troons are (with a handful of exceptions) dirt poor and lazy, and getting a service dog requires one to be not poor (in the US these dogs are 15k and up), and they require ongoing training (which means consistent work to train them.)

Maybe it used to be a real service dog, maybe it didn’t. In USA we have had a surfeit of ESAs pretending to be service animals and they do fucking bite people, attack real service animals in the Walmart, what have you. Doing that at least seems like a thing JY would do; he’s willing to subject spa workers to his totally female penis, why not subject society to his aggressive “service animal”?

None of this is to say that I expect service dogs to always be humorless dog robots singularly focused on their task, they have distinct “work mode” where they get serious and play mode where they behave like any other doggy.

I'm certainly no legal expert like Jonny is, but it seems that the chances of being able to take legal action (and grift the usual $35,000 he always attempts to go for) against the perpetrator seems slim* and I doubt Walmart will take responsibility for something that they couldn't have foreseen and was not instigated by them.

IIRC, he tried a simil;ar scam with Quaker earlier this year - he saw it had a recall over potential salmonella contamination and instantly claimed to have had life threatening salmonella so he could try screwing some ludicrous amount out of the company.
Frankly, he's such a vile smelling creep that I feel sorry for the salmonella.

He's always desperately wanted to be "someone" but nobody wants to be anywhere near him, so all he has is attention seeking and attempting repeated legal grifts as he's unemployable.

They're free here medicare covers it right. There is a huge ass long waiting lists tho(I think it was like min 2 years!!) and getting one is a fucking nightmare from what I've heard. It takes around 1.5 years to train a seeing eye dog, factor in not every dog makes it right. The people that train them are all mostly volunteers tho. There is also dogs for the physically disabled these take even longer to train and are taught something retarded like 30+ commands plus custom shit per person.

Aint no way in fuck a tranny is getting a service/working dog. Support dog easy peasy even with the new laws&regs. Is he abusing that dog, totally its simple to do. Read into how they break beagles to be lab dogs if you want to feel sad. Protip its rather simple

There is more than just hitting a dog to abuse them, sick fuck could have a single object he showed while causing the dog pain. All he needs to do is pull out that object when he's mad at the dog. Show it to them getting closer and closer the poor thing will be on the floor shaking teeth chattering and pissing itself in seconds. And can be taken for a walk 5mins later with no signs of abuse. I mean dude is a fucking monsters right, would this really suprise anyone?

I know all this(because I myself was missing a single fucking form, with a normal fucking dog in Canada I still fucking have all these papers somewhere) all I said was a support dog isn't a service dog. And this could have been a support dog but got the papers revoked. I literally knew a homeless person who had legit papers for their dog to be a support dog and could go anywhere. Cops couldn't do shit nor could anyone else. Anyone could get those papers is all I'm saying, its quick to lose them. The law/reg was really odd till a few years ago loopholes were closed.

I was in a car accident a number of years back - the other driver did an improper lane change and struck my car, which caused it to spin out of control and hit a barricade. I wasn’t badly hurt, thankfully, but my car was totaled. However, a year or so after my accident, I was served with a subpoena: someone in the car that hit me was claiming injuries that weren’t on the police report from the accident, so I had to testify about what I remembered from the accident, whether or not I saw the person and, if I did, whether I had seen that they were injured.

If Yaniv is going to sue Walmart for smoke inhalation, he’d better have proof he was there and sustained an injury. Walmart is covered in cameras and every move you make in the store, save the places where you can’t be legally recorded such as the bathroom and dressing room, is tracked. These companies have the money to throw at lawyers and investigators and are not in a hurry to make a payout. I mean, I hope he tries it, as it will be funny when he fails at it if he is indeed lying. Same with Quaker Oats. He’d better have medical bills and a receipt showing he purchased one of the recalled products.

He must really be hard up for money lately. Is he on disability? Do they have student loans in leafland?

I thought they had a dog for ages, before 2021, but they got a second dog. Its been fucking ages since I've read anything on them. I'm getting deja vu, about service dog vs support dog and a judge going no a service dog would be more well trained(when anyone can get a support dog or well could in the past). I thought it was this freak my bad.

Might as well edit this with something not retarded. Chocolate labs are a pain in the ass to train, if not trained right they can be super aggressive. Labs are also known to soak up abuse and randomly bite/acted out. Why the fuck would they get a dog out of province without any fancy papers.

Labs are some of the easiest dogs to train because they're smart and food/praise motivated; they love to work and they love to please their humans. Every lab I've ever met has had a soft mouth (because game retrieval) and would never bite. They're also rarely aggressive unless they've been horrifically abused and even then they tend to shut down rather than act out.

What the fuck happened to the labs you've been around bro?

I think his particular fetish is forcing people into humiliating situations, ones where they have to engage with him. If he was going to start such a fire for sexual kicks, he’d make sure he was on the toilet and claim to be stuck so the firefighters would have to touch him.

And Jonny by his public statements just volunteered himself for a deep probing anal arson investigation of the third fire.

Jon is an Arson Investigator hitting the jackpot. He has clear motive (his fraudulent lawsuits) a long pattern of escalating behavior. Including violent attacks and pulling false fire alarms in an elder residence. And he places himself not just in Walmart, but at the location and time of ignition.

At a minimum the AI is going to pull Yaniv's Law Enforcement File. And boy won't that be fun. If I was working this case cold, and had Yaniv's file dropped on me. It would probably make him the number one suspect for the Walmart fire.
