Felony listening to a presentation? Felonious masking/glasses/hat wearing/wig wearing?

It would be hysterical if Patrick mis-IDs someone wearing mask+other head coverings and did an incapacitation of an innocent person. Would be a real shame if the con reads his rant and decides he's not worth the trouble and just outright bans him.
