I haven't found anything exciting so far, but what is there suggests the two families spend virtually every weekend together. Then there's a bit where they claim to have slept over in Nick's streaming room, which is probably why Nick sometimes can't go there. They also bring their children to the Rekieta house, explaining those comments about having two families live there.

Seems like Nick finally found a guy who can truly understand him, another annoying boomer streamer with a bunch of children, a failing channel, and a small army of detractors.

I am very conflicted on this. On one hand, he's manipulative and fake, so I see his movements as concoted, and that he is trying to convince the viewers it's something to do with children/family stuff by this simple turn towards the exit of his streaming lair.
On the other hand, he is brain damaged so yes, it could be also possible that there is someone out there that he can't stop himself but look towards to - even if it makes him look crazy.

Jon Del Arroz is almost certainly one of them. He's been going through a messy divorce for a while now (including his wife having a restraining order against him), and is a big defender of Vito. This gets discussed in the CG thread on occasion.

I dunno about the other three. I think it's premature to assume one of them is Nick though. If it happens, there will be a legal filing.
