All of this gravity talk has made me wonder.

Is it possible that Fatrick’s bulk is interfering with the earth’s orbit around the sun?

Perhaps if he was distributed more evenly across the planet, the orbit would return to pre global warming movements?
 
This panel needs to be recorded for future generations. We need the wisdom of a 1.2 GPA community college drop out to explain how to terraform one of the most inhospitable places in the inner solar system. I'm not a fat gay retarded scifi author so I could be wrong but it seems like terraforming the moon would be easier.

The lack of gravity is a negative for human habitation, and Ceres has barely any surface gravity. And it has an even higher synodic period than Mars, so launch windows from Earth would be even more infrequent. Honestly this is why I autistically favor Mercury over Mars as the best place for a human outpost.

I have modded my new rimworld save(with the released today expansion) so that the all consuming flesh horror are Patrick. I'm looking for a way to make all the fleshy bits child my pawns when they get destroyed.

But alas, Pat is fat and I would not have sex with him, and Fatrick is far to busy grinding black children down to bother having even a basic understanding of science fiction as a genre and its historical development.

Has Ukraine made any substantial gains against Russia since the fighting began? I can only remember the chorus of "the counteroffensive has only been going on for 6 months, it's too early to tell whether it will be successful or not."

Patrick doesn't know what regolith is. The main issue with martian soil is that there is no organic compounds to it. The other issue is the high salinity of the water on Mars and low nutrients of the martian soil. There are quite a number of papers on this such as this one.

It is no wonder he cannot get another publisher to pick up the phone.

I always get a kick out of cows when they try and talk about science. Even more so when it's a field I'm studying. Though I specialize in Space Physics instead of astrophysics as it allows me to eventually work in the military and help things go "boom!".

Especially now, he is writing with the hope of it being sold, not that he is instructed to and then paid for carrying out this task.

Thats not the same as being paid to think about these things. Presumably scientists at NASA are paid to think about these things.

Actual Sci Fi authors with success and ongoing publishing contracts, one could say they are paid to speculate and imagine about these things, but not really to think about how such things would genuinely work.
No one would ask a script writer on Star Trek about gravitational effects of planets and soil nutrient qualities on Mars.
