I will say that the recording in question contains a part with Elaine coyly going "Elaine? Who's that?" and Maddiekat jokingly playing along like "oh yeah, you're not Elaine, blah blah blah", so that aspect does line up with Elaine being on a separate account that """isn't her""".

There's also the fact that Empresa mentioned this specific VC in Elaine's OF thread the day he's claiming it happened, with the three participants being the exact same as in the recording, and the little icon of the Z3R6 account being clearly visible:
