Black people in America have powers. They only got them once they were forced into bondage, perhaps by the mercy of their Gods. They are very specific, only work in the presence of white people like physical prowess or hair regrowth. Plot is teaching a half n' half how his powers work so he reclaim his black identity from his absentee father and make the world better for the next generation.
