It's probably didn't help he was living alone in a foreign country where he didn't even speak the language. That would fuck with anyone, never mind someone with a severe case of autism and being terminally online.
 
Damn, sad if he's actually dead but it's certainly surprising. When the whole thing first went down it had all the earmarks of a particularly half-assed hoax ala the dA Sonicides.

Either way it sounds like this site was the least of his problems.

It says in the FOIA documents that the police located his body in the “kitchen/living room” area. Sounds like the coroner was unable to determine if the pills or the hanging was what killed him. Either way, no foul play so they likely didn’t give a shit.
