I took a brief dive into figuring out where the character came from. Turns out, it's some indie visual novel game which, judging by its description and the tags, seems to feature adult themes. I also took a small look at this Youtube video about the game, and the title screen features a trio of female characters with panty shots and cleavage.

All of this seems to fit the profile of this guy being a massive coom fiend.
