Troons are really underestimating the average person's clocking ability. Just because someone doesn't say anything doesn't mean that they pass. I've clocked trannies from the opposite side of a parking lot at night. I've clocked trannies without even looking at them, just vibes and energy were enough and then I turned around. The level of narcissism these freaks display is off the charts. Now I'm not shitting on nurses they're hard-working people, but this troon is a nurse he said it "I never met another trans nurse" while masking it behind "Medical Professional" to make it sound like he was something more. Doctors don't understand the body, other nurses don't understand the body only troons truly understand the body.

A relative of mine recently spent a few days in the hospital and I saw three different troon employees (thankfully none were on staff in my relative's ward, but at least one of the troons was a CNA) and it bothers me that they're directly involved in patient care.
What do you do if you (or a vulnerable relative) is in the hospital and a troon CNA walks in to help with personal care?

The semi-passing ones also truly downplay the fact that most normal people will be able to sense something that's uncanny about them and choose not to react, whether it be out of fear, lack of care, or just wanting to observe the animal in its natural habitat. If you meet a tranny who, for example, is from a race where they're all 5'2'' amalgamation of male and female traits, especially indio spics or jungle asians, you might just think one of them is an ugly member of the opposite sex who happens to have a few personality disorders and you'll generally steer clear and avoid meaningfully interacting with them.
To the ailed mind, this is passing.

There's a great episode of Botched where Nasser kowtows to the tranny's pronouns in the office and then it cuts to a clip of him correctly sexing the fella while he's unconscious in the operating theatre.
Warms the cockles of my heart every time I see it, because in an OT is one of those places where of damn course your natal sex is going to matter a lot more than your special gender fee-fees. I'd bet/hope Nasser, Dubrow and in fact most surgeons correctly sex their patients where it matters and give zero fucks if they're called on it.
