Bimshwel, the one who made that comic, is friends or at least acquaintances with PengoSolvent. Pengo has a lot of his art favorited on Deviantart (A), his current DA icon is made by Bimshwel and has been for years (A) and Bimshwel drew art for Pengo a couple of times (A) (A)

On Bimshwel’s site for the comic he says: "i inadvertently rather like the little red-cloaked creature" (A). The red-cloaked creature could be Pengo because he protects Glip all the time and they know each other, but I am probably misreading that.

As far as i can see they don't seem to be part of the floraverse crew and are only connected trough Pengo's friendship. I wonder what they think of him being critical of Glip, i doubt they would just let that slide

Even if they wheren't they made their entire business model being an online presence, they have no other option but to be perceived.
Now of course the reasonable person would cut the loses and just go get a 9-to-5 at the hood 7/11 for stability while still mantaining some online presence to collect some extra cash.

I don't think the cohost crew cares much about the farms, they obviously don't like it but i also don't see them going out of their way to start beef with it.
The farms only cares about the few cows it hosts and is only paying attention at them now because of how much of a financial fuck up this shitshow is, but besides that nobody cares.
If they fall i see it more likely they'll just blame some generic boogeyman like racism or nazis.
Although they could blame the farms from that small exodus that was happening on tumblr that was stopped by someone ringing the alarm on Eevee being a pedo. They could say "kiwifarm lies prevented people from singing in and paying for subscriptions".
