LIZZO: "I WANT TO BE A SUPERMODEL"

Lizzo might be swapping the mic for the runway as she hints at pursuing a career in modeling.

On Monday (March 18), the award-winning singer drew attention on Instagram, sharing a series of bold snapshots, including one where she rocked a faux mustache.

In her post addressed to her 12 million followers, Lizzo revealed, "I want to be a supermodel."

Alongside this declaration, she treated fans to a carousel of six images, all showcasing her new look with the 'tash. Sporting a pinstriped suit jacket and light-colored jeans, Lizzo exuded confidence as she struck poses in what looked like her cozy home, even donning chunky white sunglasses in one shot. In another snap, she's seen posing in her garage, with a Tesla car in the background.

The response from fans was overwhelmingly positive, with messages flooding in praising her new venture. Popular actress and Lizzo’s friend Selena Gomez chimed in with a simple yet affirming "you are."

Lizzo's modeling aspirations come on the heels of her surprise appearance at the Grammy Awards, where she presented the Best R&B Song to SZA. This marked her return to the spotlight after facing sexual harassment accusations, which she vehemently denies.

Amidst the buzz of her Grammy appearance, Lizzo found herself connected to controversy as several backup dancers filed a lawsuit against her, alleging sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. Lizzo addressed these allegations, dismissing them as sensationalized stories from former employees. She reaffirmed her dedication to her craft, emphasizing her commitment to delivering top-notch performances that resonate with her fans.

Following her unexpected Grammy appearance, fans took to social media to share their reactions, with some expressing surprise at seeing her back in the spotlight. Despite the past controversy, Lizzo's loyal fanbase continues to stand by her, eagerly anticipating her next move in the world of music and beyond.

Lizzo visited Hot 97 in July 2022 to promote her latest album, drop a freestyle, and give relationship advice on Ebro in the Morning. Watch Lizzo take over the morning below.

we all have dreams.

how come models are either skinny as fuck or fat as shit.
like we cant have average weight models or models with rockin bods.

Oh she's super alright. Super sized! Ayyyy! She could single handedly deplete the entire textiles industry just by buying pajamas.

Also what's with the cleavage? Looks like she's got that keffals triple tit thing going on. Either that or I haven't seen enough fat bitches to really understand the complex shapes of overblown fatty milkers. I'm sure a hippopotamus out there must be feeling very self conscious right about now

Honey, the county fair is that way. You'd probably win against the pigs in sheer size but not pedigree, breed and vigor.

Okay, then lose several hundred pounds and get EXTENSIVE plastic surgery. Then you could be an actual model that people might want to see in a magazine, not just something natural researchers confused for a beached whale and accidently took photos of.

She's built like a body type 4 sith from star wars the old republic. If her eyes were a little more yellow she'd make a passable lord renning

I mean she has the look down and does come off as the kind of loon who would spend her time dissecting animal brains

Thin models are like human clothing racks. It's easier for designers because there's less tailoring that needs to be done pre-runway when you don't have to account for bust and hip variations and it gives more attention to the clothes rather than how the model is wearing them.

Fat models are just body positive virtue signaling from an industry that has no intention of changing it's practices.
