I'm not a woman, but I can absolutely understand why someone who is would feel threatened by that message. The passive-aggressive sentiment and smiley face, the flag, the fact that it's right at the top of the cubicle likely out of the average woman's reach, the fact that it was put in a place where you are at your most vulnerable by a man who shouldn't have been in there, etc.

It's like a dog marking it's territory, or like an army raising it's flag over a conquered nation (almost literally). It's dripping with resentment and hostility.

This was 100% born out of disappointment that there was no one in there to witness and be made uncomfortable by his presence. This is why troons aren't happy using gender-neutral bathrooms and all prefer to use the women's. They are invaders, not settlers. After all, what's the point in breaking a societal taboo if no one is around to see you do it?

With the AGP female attracted troons at least there does seem to be a desire not unlike certain species of cuttlefish, where weaker males will adopt the posture and markings of females during mating season to avoid direct competition and sneak in "under the radar" of the dominant males. They may not be conscious of it, but the logic does seem to be that by being women, they can gain access to female spaces and access to female sexuality that they otherwise feel denied from (hence the autistic incel to troon pipeline). When the skinwalking fails to get them access to the fabled lesbian witch orgies they imagine in their brains, and they are instead met with hostility, the old resentment of the gamma male reasserts itself and they lash out, once again hating all the bitches who wouldn't give them a chance, just like in highschool.
