Thing is, pretty much anyone without a terminal case of TDS can see why the court unanimously ruled this way. Even the ones with a D by their name know that if they allow it to be done to Trump then those nasty red states might do the same to Biden or any other D they don't like. Sadly, Fatrick suffers from a 1.7 GPA and was probably too busy eating paste and boogers during Civics to learn anything.

Pat truly is one angry pig. The entire country for one man that'll be out in 4 years if he wins. Apparently even a lot of r/politics agrees with the decision, qualifying with that they hate Trump of course. Pat is angrier than reddit. Impressive.

While Fatrick doesn’t seem to try to claim that the constitution is invalid and he follows the articles of confederation, he does seem to think that the law should specifically favor him.
 
Ironically Pat's life was better under Trump. He was publishing books, getting speaking gigs, his Twitter was growing. He was slightly less fat and didn't owe anyone any money - the Quasi lawsuit was filed six days after Biden's inauguration. Ever since that guy got in office it's been downhill!

I occasionally look at that Gangstalking Reddit and it's almost 90 percent what Pat believes. He might be worse because he doesn't realize he has the problem.

It’s usual that the “gang stalked” don’t think they have a problem.

While they certainly show symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia, they usually are not so mentally unwell that they can’t hold down a job and function enough.
They do occasionally show some self awareness, for instance one guy I knew who was a claimed TI, complained of people coming into his place while he was out to move his furniture, swap labels on his tins, etc. I offered to install a deadbolt on the door because he insisted that they must have got keys to his place.

He refused this offer and would never entertain any suggestions to increase his security.
I suspect it’s because he knew it would remove the possibility of it being real.

I think Fatrick’s problem however is that Niki is actually enabling him.
Whether it’s because she is unhinged and thick enough to believe him and his world view, whether it’s because she is a sick bitch and actually thinks it’s funny to help him drive himself insane, whether she is scared of him and fears he may do something violent to her or his family if she questions him or whether it’s another creepy or baffling reason, it certainly is a huge factor in him taking things all this far.

Men who go insane like he appears to be, the major breaking point is when their wife leaves them. This is always the point where they start doing increasingly dangerous and unhinged things.
It sort of helps them, in that they normally start behaving in a way the police can’t ignore, which in some cases forces them into getting help and treatment.

A wife, let’s be honest, is commonly the family member who keeps the rent paid and food bought, especially when the husband is a bit of an overgrown toddler, so provided she is there to keep his socks clean and dinner made, the crazy projects just tick along.
As soon as she nopes out, that’s when things go haywire.

In this case though, the crazy projects are becoming crazy couple projects.

It may yet end with them both in straitjackets.

I really do wonder wonder how the Pat saga will end. He's clearly never going to stop feeding his trolls, he will most likely lose another lawsuit and the Tiny Tim novel will go nowhere.
With how fat and unhealthy he has looked in his last few appearances, I think he's heading towards a stroke/heart attack.
Niki shows no signs of leaving him, for whatever mindboggling reason that might be.
I'm sure at some point he will attack someone in public, thinking they are one of his stalkers. He appears to be getting more unhinged as time goes on.

I think that's giving him too much credit. he rarely seems to trouble himself with inventing anything resembling a complete explanation of any of his antics. at times he insists it's a lie made up by the stalker children, but usually, when confronted with direct material evidence that contradicts what he's said, he just completely ignores it with that impenetrable Dunning-Kruger confidence of his. like when he paid Quasi's first judgment, and people started taunting him online, he simply said he has not paid anyone a dime. then, when people produced screenshots from the court website saying the judgment was satisfied, he simply again stated he has not paid anyone a dime. to this day he insists that he has no debt, he has not paid any judgments, and anybody who believes otherwise has been brainwashed by the stalkers. The more he squeals on Xitter, throws tantrums, initiates lolsuits, and seeks attention by claiming to be "The Most SWATTED Man In America", the more people become aware of him. And, the more people become aware of him, the more the ranks of Patposters grow (although, unfortunately, not as fast as Rick's waistline) because, as we well know, anyone who is exposed to Pat for more than 10 minutes becomes a Patposter.
 
Funniest possible outcome is if Fat or Sticki blocked the cops number so they never got a heads up when cops were responding to a call.
