I think they would probably try and get him for conspiracy. He'd probably have conspiracy to murder himself, domestic terrorism on himself, and a few other chargers. I don't know if you can throw the other person under the bus to get a lesser charge though but if you can I would expect a lot of backstabbing by two social retarded rejects.

Incentive #1 for Milwaukee - the waste of police time/resources. Local mentally defective person does something stupid might get a DA to not bother. Get him to stop posting as part of 'walk away and shut up'. That kinda thing happens for misdemeanors, not sure the City would do that given the felony swat'n.

Incentive #2 - the whole idea of the swatting per the torswats labeled posting was to create a reason to sue the MPD. With a chain of evidence via crytpo AND Alan putting the claim of Patrick paying for self-swats as an affidavit that level of evidence has provided convictions for others over the years. Walk into the federal court with the crypto chain and affidavit

1) gonna put an end to the Patrick LOLsuit Or at least allow it to be suspended 'till the city of MKE gets a conviction criminally.
1a) putting the stay on the federal lawsuit VS the city gives a chance for Patrick to withdraw it/gives time for the DOJ to tap Patrick on the shoulder over actual federal charges.
2) give a VERY strong basis to be granted costs to defend the case so far.

Incentive #3 - the press. Local loudmouth GOPers railing about public funds being used to settle with Patrick with the Alan claim on the record would also call for Patrick to go to jail. Combine that with the torswats claim about the non payment leading to other swatting and the whole Patti LABelle incident will be blamed on Patrick not paying his crime billing. The local loudmouths screaming about tax payer abuse would create the need to go for the criminal charges. Bonus for those people to be able to rant about unhinged liberals and their waste of tax dollars. Local press took a sex offender's Class B -> DA plead down misdemeanor deal rejected by the judge so don't underestimate the local ranting talk radio people.

If Patrick did pay for the swats and gets confronted over it as a criminal charge he'll suicide and perhaps murder before the suicide. His regular posting about how he's GOT to be right and GOT to have people see him as a victim of others would just no longer be possible. Buck broken at this point? Naw, if the cops can get Alan to draft an affidavit AND banking/crypto trails show Alan's words are correct........we ain't seen buck broken 'till that drops VS Patrick.

Nikki has an out here - if she knows Patrick paid for the swat or has bank statements from the crypto exchange she can turn that shit over to the DA/DOJ and plead how she didn't know 'till she went looking. With her name on this lawsuit she runs the risk of charges.

MPD/FBI - do a psyc workup and make sure if you choose to go after Patrick separate him from his guns and others before going after him because there is no need to have others as victims of his unhinged nature.

Pat's gym story was so fucking fake. Gyms are arguably the least judgmental places on the planet as long as you follow the rules (wiped down the equipment, don't leave plates on bars, etc.) The woman would have been getting encouragement. We are literally all there to get into shape (except for the annoying tiktok thots that keep getting banned for filming people.

It's so obvious this douchbag never really went to a gym.

Speaking of, the repost of his fat face amongst the ripped muscle people on the gym IG got me to thinking. The pests discovered that pats particular gym has a sauna that is known to be a cruising spot for the local fags. I bet anything that Pat’s smug face kept getting posted there to advertise to his fellow fags that he’s there and down to fuck. First time catching sean's stream and it was pretty fun. It was interesting to hear his take. While he probably is right, im still holding out hope for discovery and a jury trial. Because pat losing right away would just rob us of sweet, sweet lulz.
