Okay, this has been weighing on my mind for weeks and I wanted to ask if any kiwi medfag could tell me if I'm right here.

Few weeks ago I was reading the r/topsurgery sub for milk and there was some throwaway post from a FTM who had an upcoming surgery and was nervous about it. (These always tickle me and I like to follow to see if they are brave enough to post their regrets after.)

Anyway, the usual hugboxing in the comments revealed they had a VACATION planned for TWO WEEKS after their surgery...!? This seems INSANE to me. The commenter who replied said they felt good 2 weeks after their surgery so they should be fine, but...that cannot be okay. How can you say you've waited years for this "medically necessary" surgery that you are vocally anxious about and be so callous with recovery that you also plan a VACATION 2 weeks after!?!?! (Also this troon had a gofundme for their surgery yet has enough money for a vacation....I digress.)

Anyway, I have 0 knowledge of surgeries/recovery beyond thinking that 2 weeks is in no way long enough to recover from a double mastectomy. Any medfags want to confirm my suspicions and tell me how fucked this girl is gonna be?

It’s true, too… I remember…. must have been ten years ago and I wanted a woman’s only discussion group for people in our field. I was told by the handmaidens and troons that this was “bio-essentialist and exclusionary”.

Actually, now it’s seeped into everyday life. On a language learning group people were saying that women shouldn’t make women only groups to avoid pervs/daters because “transwomen might be too self-conscious to join” or some nonsense. 🌙

Also, according to a medfag friend of mine whose specialization is HIV management for low-income and homeless patients, apparently pill-a-day regimens can stop working if you don't adhere to them consistently. There are strains out there for which such regimens don't work that he could be exposed to if he's still having sex, and the virus already in his body, if not suppressed through medication, can mutate in the meanwhile to become resistant to the regimen he was using before.

It's gonna be hilarious if this retarded faggot ends his protest only to be forced to go on a 90s-style regimen where he has to take a dozen pills or more daily, including not only antiretroviral meds, but also meds to counter the side effects of those meds.

Not a medfag, but I had a roommate who is and I hit him up because I got curious. Apparently the 2 weeks is the average recovery time for tit chops without reconstruction, that is when the surgical drains are removed. Most women feel like shit even then and often takes up to 4 weeks after the surgery to feel mostly normal. That is when physical therapy should be started to help regain range of motion, because arm movement needs to be very limited while the drains are in.

As for how fucked she is depends on her age, lifestyle, how well she takes care of her recovery during those 2 weeks and the nature of the vacation as well. Medfag friend said this probably won't fuck her up immediately, but it does put a strain on her body and if she doesn't take proper care of her recovery it will compound other issues as she ages.
 
I've only been on KF 2 weeks but reading the last page of the tranny sports thread and then this page may have permanently broken me on troons. You can't tell me that exchange between contra and chelsea isn't smugly celebratory when they're both former MRAs. Or maybe just complaining that there's no more worlds to conquer.

Also that man just doesn't want to take his meds, probably for sex reasons. Like when Emma Thompson didn't want to pay taxes.
