Lawsuits based on lies and bullshit are not likely to lead to good law. For instance, he claims he was completely naked. This isn't fucking true, we've seen video, and he had at least a bathrobe on.

Even basic facts alleged in this nonsensical lolsuit are utter lies.

If it is a jury trial and he gets on the witness stand he’s done. I don’t think any lawyer can coach him to not sound like a fat retard. It’ll be a Nadolski situation where the cop doesn’t want to be there, but has enough decorum to not be antagonistic and Patrick will attack him.

He just deleted the replies to the fake Sgt. Evans account too. He is so stupid.

Reminder that this has nothing to do with anything but the MPD, not the pests or whatever. I just know he's going to try to re-litigate that at some point during this and fuck it up.

Also his classic pro se motion full of misinformation is still in the system - it would be a shame if that was used to show a history of filing frivolous lawsuits.
