Two Chinese academics from the Central University of Finance and Economics have authored a paper claiming to demonstrate a negative correlation between flaccid penis size and IQ.

There is a notable racial variation in both adult IQ and penile length. In terms of IQ, the ranking is as follows: Mongoloids > Caucasoids > Mixed Ethnicity > Amerindians > Negroids. This order inversely correlates with penile length, with Mongoloids exhibiting the shortest length but the highest IQ, and Negroids having longer lengths but the lowest IQ.

The authors rejoice in the names of Cuntong Wang and Yihe Wangding. There is a significant journal and publication trail for Cuntong Wang, suggesting this is possibly a real person. Who writes about penises.

But seriously the issue with these kinds of studies is that it's a self-report and niggers lie about their dicks, or don't know what inches are.

The 'recent' ones actually measuring cocks show the averages... average out to like 5/6 inches constantly in every demographic. So any correlation to IQ would be miniscule and cope from dicklets.
